Brilliant. Broke down and got towed in on a Wednesday morning. By Friday they'd had a look, parts ordered. I'm deaf but they kept me informed via email. Got the car back. Clean and running sweet again. Would recommend to anyone. Top guys and girls ????

Coming from Australia sometimes its a bit of a lottery trying obtain parts, and I first dealt with Graham and his Parts manager Darren Dare around 2001 for my Cosworth Sierra 4x4, and in further dealings I have found them to be extremely reasonable, polite, and nothing is an issue for them.
I would certainly recommend GGR as a company with integrity.

Terrible, absolutely terrible.
So, i have a rear knock, I'd had it examined on a ramp quickly somewhere else (FREE OF CHARGE) but wanted it looking at properly. So i booked it in, explained the whole issue to narrow it right down.
So it cost me £166 to identify the issue. Rip off!!! Knew exactly where it was coming from, explained it all to the guy.
Then they quoted me £215 to supply a new top mount and fit. £215 for that!!! Top mounts can be purchased for about £40 each.
So i spoke to a few Subaru garages & people, they were absolutely shocked at the prices i were charged & quoted.
One guy who works for Subaru said he would have identified, Supplied the part & fitted for a total of £150.
Another Subaru Specialist told me £140 supplied and fitted.
And many other people told me how ridiculous these costs were.
I have never felt so ripped off in my life. Avoid, find another garage!
Disgraceful.

While they are without doubt good mechanics they are also good at overcharging at every possible opportunity. They charged me more to "recondition" a rear shock than for the one they replaced, and charged me for a full service they missed several points on. Some as simple as topping up my windshield washer fluid. Would not recommend unless you have deep pockets.

Fantastic service. Just sorted me out with my roof bars I bought a couple of years ago - I lost a small rubber part and they had one in stock. Without it I would have to have bought brand new ones. I think if I bought them from one of those horrible corporate chains I would have got a different reply!!! Will definitely be using again when I change my car later this year. Real people answer the phone and help you. Thanks Simon.

I've been taking my high performance mazda 3 mps here for my M.O.T repairs and servicing for over 2 years now. Always satisfied with the service, and customer support. Any issues are explained in full, and no work is carried out without consent. My wife has all her car servicing done here too. Overall great service, friendly staff, and very reasonable costs. Would certainly recommend.

Needed some lambda sensors for car told them the problem still had to investigate so a £150 job cost me £330. They also said I needed valves doing as there was still an engine problem. I have since taken it else where and surprise there was no such fault it is a timing sensor fault which was fixed in a few moments. Wont be going back

I have been a customer for years. For good reason. I have always had excellent service from the knowledgeable,friendly welcoming staff. They will put themselves out to ensure that the customer receives a above standard service. They are there for you in cases of emergency or run of the mill repairs. Thir costs are quite reasonable,the work is completed within the promised time frame. I have experience of using a large disributor garage, they were poor in comparison to Goodes. I encourage anyone to use them,you will not be disappointed. Updating the review standards remain as high as ever. Can't thank Alistair and the staff enough for the excellent efficient service.

Called up to ask if they had pipe fixings, the gentlemen on the phone said come down we will sort something out for you. So we drove down over 30 miles to Graham Goode and went in and explained what we wanted. Staff kept us waiting while looking at us very strange they took the fixing and went away and 40 mins later came back.
We said how long is he going to be and the staff kept avoiding us hiding behind shelves. The guy came back, had very little knowledge and started giving us useless info. Didn't have nothing to say not even a single apology for making us come all the way, came across very arrogant to us by the way they spoke & rolled their eyes both of them looking at each other then one went of muttering something. He came back and said we can try to order the part that may fit but will be till after Easter .....
What a waste of a journey and time better of going to Halfords for parts, Graham
Goode stick to bicycles..... even they were scattered everywhere causing a safety hazard for customers.

They are awesome! I brought in my RS with a broken wastegate. I had the car remapped and the wastegate broke within 2 months after (it wasn't with that garage). They fixed the car and now it went from pretty fast to insane. Lovely staff, shout out to Alistair (hope I spelled that right) thank you very much guys and you will see me again (like it or not! ????)

Struggling to decide whether this place is more incompetent or better at robbing people. Took them 2 days to get my brake pads and front discs changed and charged me more than what sturgess had quoted for pads and discs front and back.
Originally went in for a job worth £230, came out with a bill of £677 - delays and lies all along.
Unfortunately it was my first time but most certainly the last as well.
And as a feedback to you guys, you could've at least apologised once for all the hassle you gave me and could have spent another £3 washing the car rather than returning it in the state it was. Truly shameful.

I had broken down and was taken by the RAC to Grahame Goode Motors, I had only just purchased the vehicle and the alternator needed replacing, Alistair sorted the problem quickly and efficiently and also checked the vehicle over and fitted a new bulb and temperature gauge. I would highly recommend the garage.
