I ordered a wiper blade online, for collection from the branch. When I got there, a queue of three people already outside. Waited for 30 mins before I could enter the shop. The wiper supplied didn't fit, (even though supplied all relevant info). Luckily I tried it in the car park & took that 2nd one back as well, (wouldn't fit in the apparature). After spending another twenty minutes & having paid an extra £5 in store (for the same spec item, but salesman said take it or leave it, wouldn't price match, gave a third wiper blade to try. Finally I got the wiper to fit, after spending nearly an hour, & 3 different wipers, paid extra. SORRY EUROCARPARTS YOU FAILED MISERABLY.

Usually extremely good service but ordered part online and telephoned to check it was there. Was told it was but what they failed to do was physically check. Went to collect and they had lost it. Manager I spoke to extremely helpful but still doesn't alter the fact that we now have to wait, for what I don't know. Suffice to say not pleased

Good at some extent. Not all products are always available so sometimes it could be better to order online for a delivery service. The customer service was really good and the lady at the desk tried her best to help but her supervisor was of a strong character, I'm not too sure whether she had a bad day or what. But overall is a good place for car parts and I would reccomend.

God damned people are working at the reception.... takes them 1 hour to serve you.. every 2 minutes they chat with each other instead of serving you.... horrible experience... they need to train their staff to improve their customer service....

One person serving and massive queue. Appauling service. This store is across the road from Screwfix and I would suggest staff and manager's pop over and see how click and collect works well. The guy in front of me did a click and collect also and they told him it was put of stock. He made a 14 mile round trip. It's 2021 Euro Parts get with the programme.

As pleasant and patient the staff is, the waiting times to get served alone is approximately 15 minutes if there's more then 1 person in the que, really needs a different way to serve customers as this is not effective at all

Service was fine in the shop - HOWEVER, I can’t be the only one to notice that Euro are massively over inflating their prices then having a sham sale with a code usually claiming to have about 60% off. I hadn’t noticed this until I bought a battery and paid £40 more for it at Euro than it was everywhere else (more fool me) but hang on they offer a price match, 5 emails, 2 phone calls and two months later I finally get a response “sorry can’t help you, even though you ordered online you collected it from the shop I’m only online support so go back to the shop” waste of time. I’ve just checked another sham sale price on brake pads - cheaper at my local auto factors ( standard price no pretend sale) for a like quality if not better brand. Spent £100’s if not £1000’s at Euro over the years, never again after this debacle though.

Abysmal, did click and collect, paid and then stood waiting for 15 minutes in the shop until the girl came back to say she couldn't find it even though she confirmed it had been delivered to the store. Couldnt/wouldn't arrange delivery to save my wasted time. 20 mile round trip and an hour of my life I won't get back. Dont Trust their click and collect

This is the second time I've waited 45+ minutes whilst queueing to collect an item purchased online. This time, in the pouring rain. Only one member of staff behind the till on a Wednesday afternoon. The same staff member has to search the warehouse for the parts, slowing the whole process down. The staff are helpful and friendly as always but Covid precautions are not an excuse for this poor service. Management need to pull their finger out. Put at least one other staff member at back of house to fetch parts and preferably 2 tills open to cut the queue down. Customer service? More like disservice. Thanks for wasting my time Euro Car Parts.

Disgusted with Eurocarparts. I ordered an item to click and collect and it took me almost an hour in the queue!! Worst customer service I have ever come across. Just one person serving the till and the same person going to look for the items !! You really need to update and consider the value of time guys. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Every single time I say, that's the last time I go euros! Then I forgot how bad it is, and fall for it again. I've just spent an hour in the rain, while they pretend they're social distancing inside by having one person in at a time, then walk right up to you and pull their mask down to speak to you, what's the point?! I ordered my part online, it says it will be ready for 10am the next day. I get there for 10:15am the next day, and at 11:15 I am told yea we don't have that, it'll be tomorrow now, or we can deliver it in 3 or 4 hours time. I could have ordered a part from Europe in that time, everyone, check out Febest, free express shipping over €20 and it's here within two working days, never had a problem there, spent over a grand with them. For your own sake, go to Febest.

Worst waiting times ever. Weren’t great before covid but now atleast there is a reason to blame. Waited 20 minutes for someone to attend the counter whilst there were 5 staff by the shutter door joking and smoking. Even other customers waiting in the queue noticed and asked them why the counter was empty and they smoking by the door. When in reception u can hear laughs and jokes in the warehouse. Its only when u say its been too long that the seriousness of covid comes into play. Been using ECP for years this isn’t my first or last time but common guys. Look at ur reviews and sort the service out

Reserved item, got there and they kept me waiting 30 minutes while they looked for it. Couldn't find it so they ordered it in for collection the next day. Went to collect and they couldn't find it again and said its been lost. Was told to wait till the following day and they'll order it in again, no chance. Refund given and won't be shopping there again. GSF much cheaper and helpful.
