Expensive car parts compared to other stores. They will also give the wrong parts so you will waste time and money on mechanics for no reason. Been there twice and both times they sold me the wrong products. They accept returns but you will need to pay the mechanic again to do the same job twice... they will not cover that labour price and the "supervisor" doesn't want to speak with customers. Better to avoid this place...

Pathetic Experience
The 'Alternator' of my car stopped working and I took my car to the garage through recovery service. The mechanic suggested me to buy brand new 'Alternator' rather than reconditioned one. So I took cab to buy it from 'Leicester' branch. Despite giving the correct registration number the part didn't fit at my car. On calling them, their delivery driver came to replace it with different company make. When the Mechanic opened up the box in front of me, clearly, the part either appeared as used or returned from somewhere. This made me very angry as the Garage was approaching its closing time. I took a cab again to speak with them and complain about it. When I reached there and having been through to the long waiting of people, I explained my frustration to the salesman. Instead of looking into the matter, he accused me of changing the new part with the old one and he said that it is impossible that they could deliver part in such state. Then the Mechanic from the garage who has trade account with them, dealt the matter. I will never buy any part with them again!! I went to buy the same part from Parkers, excellent service and quality of the part.

Worst place in Leicester rude staff lodsof of swearing going on between staff very slow services some of staff don't have knowledge of parts no customer care No staff on the till even the que is long take your money telling you wait for 2minut and you still waiting there after 45minut stood like an idiot parking is nightmare one of lady staff telling me I can't wait there because their vans are coming even I didn't block their way waiting one side with hazard lights on speaking rudely saying go somewhere else it's not her problem that I'm coming to collect part from them (customer care of euro car parts at FREMANCE COMANCE LEICESTER )

Extremely poor service. Had return authorisation number from customer services. Shop said I couldn't return because they didn't have a return authorisation number. Shown them the email and invoice email. Still wouldn't accept return. Now stuck with parts that don't fit my car even after declaring my reg to them. Not worthy of even the 1 star.

This place is awful for customer service! The idea is to buy online with decent discount. But bear in mind when they let you know your order is ready for collection... chances are you gonna be waiting there for it to be prepared. Normally it takes about 30 to 45 minutes! Oh, by the way you might be missing some stuff too!!! And you can't amend what you have ordered. When you actually try to do it over the phone, you'll only find out that there is no order on your arrival. Say goodbye to your online discount then!!!

If you want discounted parts then order through a garage they get more than 50 % off plus free delivery from here.
This place has gangs of working staff who wud discriminate anyone who they like. The drivers are put under immense pressure to push shoulders of senior staff.Anyone who speaks loose their job. Better to commit suicide than working here.

They told me they didn't have the correct change to give me and asked if that was ok?!! No, it's not ok, would it be ok if I came to you with less money than the item was...? would that acceptable ? Would you allow me to purchase the item?? No you would not!! Then threw my money back at me still short changed !! Absoutely disgusting!!!

Many parts for most makes and models. I recommend to search online for your part using your car regeneration then double check if it is the correct part on your arrival and reserve it online using the discount code and it would be ready for collection within 15 minutes, reason for a 4 star is due to long queues

Hate the constant sales. Would prefere having a regular price for all items instead of having a different sale on every week. Would definately recommend checking out Ace Auto Spares on Evington Road. Each time comparing the prices on both websites Ace has come out cheaper even with eurocarparts discounted sales and I prefere buying from a family run business.
