Melisa was really friendly, warm, funny and reassuring!! They took care of my phone within hours and I was able to pick it up the next day!! This is the second time I have used their services!! The guys in here were super-helpful when I went in this week. Although it was a small issue that I had with a device and was resolved quite quickly, they were kind enough to not charge me!
