I dropped my iPad to repair and paid in Nov 2020. I was told it was unrepairable in Feb 2021 and was asked to collect it and get refund. But the shop was closed as the agreed pick up date. I had to waste a day off and a journey to London by train fare . I have emailed , called many times but no reply. Wait for a few more days and report to credit card firm for dispute. Where is my iPad? Do I need to report to fraud action online as both my Ipad and the refund money have issues? The ipad had charging issue but could still be used, I could not use my ipad since last Nov 2020, Stratford branch cleaned the charge point but did not work that was £10, fleet street charged me £50 for repair but have not heard since Nov. 2021, Hope Ismash can contact me ASAP after seeing this comment.

Very friendly service! my Xiaomi phone wasn't responding for 2 days when I tried to turn it on. When I asked here, they told me they don't offer Xiaomi services but even then they asked what the problem was, they took my phone and after 15 minutes it turned on!! Didn't charge me anything for it, thank you!
I don't know if they will solve your problem for sure but I cant imagine a better service than this.

I was there on september the 25th. Very nice people and a fast repair. It took them only about 15 minutes to change the battery of my phone. Greetings to Gabriel, he is an amazing guy!

About 6.5 months ago I smashed my phone screen to the point where the screen would not even turn on. I came to here to get it repaired and they had it looking good as new within a couple hours. I was concerned about my phone not working properly afterwards but it still works like a gem. Super friendly staff as well so I highly recommend! (I have a Google pixel 2 for those wondering)

I’ve come to visit the store as my IPhone X was water damaged. The service I received was so great. They looked after me and took very good care of my phone. Marshall was professional, nice and friendly. He definitely made me feel comfortable at the store and made my experience there more enjoyable! I’ve had my phone back nearly 2 weeks now since its been fixed at iSmash which is working good as new and I couldn’t thank the team more. I highly recommend the store.

Fantastic experience. This is the only branch that does some complicated repairs. Gabriel is the Man. He Picked up the phone in a timely manner, remembered me when I came in.

Excellent Customer Service and professionalism. I went in with a problem with my Macbook that Apple had quoted me £250 to fix. The staff her (Daniel was brilliant) managed to look at it, diagnose and fix it all in the same day for less than half of the cost of Apple.

The phone had been driven over. By. A. Car. Smashed to pieces front and back. Bent like a banana. Amazingly there was a flicker of life from the screen. Even more amazingly these guys basically reconstructed it in under a day. It’s as good as new. Fantastic team. Really reasonable price.
