Although the staff were nice there, the quality is the worst I have ever seen. It cost me £90 after student discount which is cheaper than Apple support, however the quality is extremely bad. Firstly, the light was so different and fake compare to original Lcd, it hurts my eyes! and the touch screen was so inaccurate and inflexible! I can't even use the force touch on my 6s. after one week, it's broken again. My Mac also repaired there, the screen is better than iPhone maybe it's not touch screen. Be honest, if you broke your iPhone screen, plz go back to Apple store to get original one, £50 more you will know the difference.

Rung up this morning Re iPhone X battery replacement & speaker by FACE ID. Spoke with Ben, went to the store and 45 minutes later 100% battery capacity & a better working speaker!! Fast & happy service, would definitely recommend this store, Ben & his collages. If you want good service this is the place!!

Exceptional customer service received today, at an excellent rate. Lovely people and extremely efficient. Phone was repaired and ready to collect in under an hour. Fantastic. Flexible, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went there in a bit of an emergency as my iPhone battery drained and Apple store refused to fix it (some rubbish about the phone case being unaligned or something) . The guys at iSmash took the phone (busy Wednesday arvo) and had a new battery replaced in about 1hr. All for £30.

Terrible service! I took my laptop to Ismash Charring cross for a screen replacement, They told me it will cost £450 and it will take 10-15 days. 3 weeks later I got no update, I decided to make a call to them, only to be told it’s no longer £450 but £650, a whopping £200 difference, Who does that? Every effort to reach their customer service have been frustrating, they don’t take calls and all my emails haven’t been responded to. I live in Kent and traveling all the way to Charringcross is not cheap! What a waste of time and money. I’m so angry and disappointed with this company.

These guys have successfully brought my wife's aging iPhone back from the grave twice which was worth the cost involved.
Today I managed to get something stuck in my Android phone's USB C port and was unable to sort it out with the usual paper clip etc. Took it in and they sorted it out in a sec for free. Very much appreciate it and would recommend them for phone problems big and small.

I called iSmash recently after numerous attempts to find a phone repair shop in Central London that sounded professional enough and not overly expensive. It was to get a quote for a S6 Samsung battery replacement. The enquiry was met with great listening skills, useful advice and a sense of technical expertise.
iSmash did not disappoint me in all areas of speed and customer service. They come highly recommended for anybody that is looking to find an excellent phone repair company, especially those that are on the move.

Amazing service. Was expecting to pay around £80 for a new battery for iPhone 7 and about the same for a new charging port. The guys advised me against getting a new port as they could clean it to make it fully functional. A new battery and functional port cost me £39.99 and took 30mins.

I had made an appointment to get a new battery installed. The staff checked my phone and then advised me I’d be much better just turning off background apps to get a longer battery life than to install a new battery. I was really impressed by the honesty of their service and it saved me money.
