Really good customer service. I came to get my Iphone 6 plus fixed. My screen was completely damaged it was also water managed. They carefully opened the case in front of me and examined the fault. They then told me the cost and the phone was available to collect the next day. It did not cost me too much either. Cheapest price out of all the places I went too. Really friend service too. Would definitely recommend getting your phone fixed here. I managed to pick up a few phone accessories as well.

Went on the recommendation of a friend who’s had a good experience here, and I also had a really good experience too. The staff did an amazing job of fixing my IPhone 7. Told by the other shops that my phone was not repairable due to water damage but they fixed it like new. Really reasonable prices too. They put the screen protector as well without any extra charge.

The owner of the shop sold me a very bad quality screen for 150 pounds, and then had to pay 30 pounds for my old screen to be fixed back on . Waste of time and money ! The usual person who works there is very good but the owner is a total scammer

I had to constantly check the status of my phone with them. It took them a month to tell me they could not fix my phone. I brought phone in because it had a touch sensor issue and when I get my phone back my screen doesn't work at all. If you want your phone back more broken and to hear excuses while they have your phone go with these guys. I wish I could give them negative stars.

I read a ton of positive reviews before calling them and was generally optimistic but they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The woman who answered the phone was rude, misquoted me, hung up while I was asking questions and then embarked upon a text campaign with name calling, threats and intimidation to discourage a negative review. She also implied that they encounter problems like this a lot and could care less.

I had my iphone screen replaced from them less than two months before the screen failured because the touch function no longer fuction ! Went back there for a replacement again and he refused to replaced the defective screen and told me that there is no warranty on the parts replaced ! U can go to anyone repairs and they usually give you at least 3 months warranty on parts ! Horrible service and please stay away ! Checked with Apple Service and was told that the parts were of cheap quality !

Creme de la creme when it comes to tech repairs! If I could give 10 stars I would. Incredibly efficient - my iPhone screen repair was done in about 10 mins at 8.30pm on a Wednesday evening, and my phone is now back up and running without any issues. Very fairly priced compared to their competitors in and around London. Above all, the friendly service was 11/10. Delightful experience, couldn’t recommend higher!

I was in a rush because of work, and they fixed my iphone screen in about 15 minutes. The screen works fine, it was a very fair price unlike many other places I've called up. They also put a screen protector on it afterwards.

Very honest team and good products! My iPhone wouldn't charge anymore and the tech guy said it was simply clogged with dirt and cleaned it for free.. I could've been charged any price for repairs and I wouldn't have known it was just dirt causing the issue! So I bought a charging cable.. price was very reasonable and cable feels to very good quality! A trusted place I would recommend to everyone!

Nice staff and good prices, but unfortunately they didn't handle my repair very well at all. I came in for a software update and was told it was a quick repair. I said I would come back in a week, but unfortunately it wasn't ready by then. When I came to pick it up a couple of days later my screen had a crack at the bottom. They tried to offer me a discount on the software update and not fix the damage. When I insisted they said it would take 7-8 more days. I only came in for a software update (which they did not update to the requested Android Q, but put a one year old running version of OS on) and ended up having my phone opened up, replaced with a not original manufacturer's screen, the back cover isn't glued on properly and keeps falling off and my Bluetooth connection that was fine before now has a loose connection making any connected device unusable. I just couldn't bear to go back for the trouble to fix that. And after that I still paid full price on the wrong update, because it was all too uncomfortable already. The other reviews seem fine, so I'm not sure what went wrong here.

After unsuccessfully calling on 5 repair shops to fix my tablet, I was recommended to give Nano Tech a visit.
NT were brilliant, a very high level of knowledge, and explained the nuances of why my device wasn't working, in ways that no other repair shop could.
After several weeks of trying to resolve the issue I left that day with my tablet working. Definitely recommend these guys

Be aware of these time wasting incompetent bunch of losers. Not worth your precious time and money. They kept my disabled and elderly mother’s iPhone for the whole week, damaged it and then returned it without repairing it. Took it Davina London on Edgware Road and they fixed it in half an hour only. Will be taking legal action against them soon to recover the cost and compensation for inconvenience!

I went there today after having my battery replaced from somewhere else, who completely messed up my phone.
I had the best service EVER, and my phone is working exactly like it should.
They were highly professional and knew exactly what they were doing, and they only use the best materials to an affordable price.
