Sammy is outstanding. Service and customer service is excellent. Data recovery on my hard drive which only had 4% life was totally restored. It took me an hour and a half to get here but it was well worth it. I have been a customer when they were in Tottenham Court Road over 4 years ago. Exceptional service. A trusted team who look after you.

My late 2016 MBP required a new keyboard and battery. This was a top quality job. The top part of the laptop was replaced with official Apple parts. The laptop also had an underlying issue with the screen which eventually needed replacement as well. The new screen is working perfectly but the replacement left a couple of marks on the laptop and a couple of small scratches.
Overall the service was very friendly and responsive. The laptop is working as expected but the reason I'm not leaving a 5 start review are the marks and scratches mentioned above.

The service was really really amazing!! The staff was really helpful and very responsive. My MacBook pro screen was blackout and the staff said it can be replace by Apple, but normally will take around 10-14 days. I asked them to repair it asap because I really really need it to complete my university work...and within 2 working days I got my MacBook repaired...like new! Terabyte Electronics really nailed the best service I’ve ever experience!

Best service and quality on fixing phones!!!!! Well done guys!!!! I sent my PlayStation 4 for repairs here because of liquid damage and it took only 2 weeks to repair during Tier 4 & 5 lockdown. Definitely if there was no lockdown, it would of been done in a week. Now my PlayStation is full repair with no problem. I definitely recommend this place! Great customer service

Great service. Had a liquid spill on a macbook pro and it was cleaned and fixed the same day. There was a 3 month guarantee for the parts that were fixed, but not for any damage the liquid might have caused after cleaning (depending how much liquid was spilled). Very friendly and patient with answering all the questions.

Sammy took my Apple Macbook Pro 13” 2018 model and cut straight to the facts. The whole screen needed replacing, and he gave me the confidence that I would get a genuine, quality part at a reasonable price. Quick and efficient service and laptop is now up and running perfectly.

Terabyte offer a simply outstanding service. I arrived before work and expected the repair to take days, but the friendly guy behind the desk assured me it would be done by lunchtime. They offer an amazing service at very fair prices (they use all the best original materials from the manufacturer). Your phone is in great hands with terabyte. Hopefully won't be using again, but if I ever smash my phone again I'll be straight back there.

I arrived and dropped off my phone - there was a bit of confusion because I accidentally selected the wrong phone type (didn’t select the plus like I should have), but they had the correct screen and told me come back in 2 hours. They also asked if everything else worked and I said yes, I just needed the screen replaced (I even had the print out with just the screen replacement service listed). When I arrived two hours later to pick it up they asked me if I had requested a new battery or a new screen. I said no, I didn’t need a battery, just the screen. The employee said, “oh well you selected battery too.”
I said no and showed him my printout where the only service listed was for the screen. He clicked around on the computer for a minute and said well we can take it to the back to put the old one back in but it’s only 29.99 anyway. I was in a rush so I said okay that’s fine, I’ll just pay for it (my old battery had a health of 82 percent so I figured it wasn’t a big deal even though I had not had any major issues with it beforehand). Well I got home and restored my phone and the “new” battery said it has an overall maximum capacity of 67 percent.
I charged it to 100 percent to see if the overall health would change and nope, it did not. Overall, it doesn’t even hold a charge as well as my old battery did.
Basically, I paid to get a battery that was worse than my original that I didn’t even need replaced and didn’t order replaced.
