waiting time is far too long, since argos has changed to the new system it is ridiculous how long it takes to get seen.
Even when you want to return an item you have to que up with everyone else which is a pain.
Queuing time is on average at least an hour when very few people are in the que??? BRING BACK THE OLD SYSTEM,!!!!!!!!!
We are hating the inconvenience of long waiting times.
