It was a MARVELLOUS experience.As we walked in, we were instantly greeted by one of the working staff, who made my family and I feel welcomed. We had ordered a take out which consisted of 9 Kebabs in total, even with tons of orders being taken in, we received our meal faster than I expected. The one main thing that caught my eye was that I could see every single little unique detail such as the music, the vibrant lighting, the artwork and spacing which combined to create a beautiful, comforting and an intimate atmosphere. The restaurant’s atmosphere set the stage and with the clear glass walls we could see the food being prepared it was like the food taking the spotlight as we were the audience. As I said earlier we ordered 9kebabs 2 of which were veggie; which has the most succulent and tasty meat and even the veggie kebab was delicious and definitely worth a try. I would highly recommend to visit GDK, this place is perfect for families, groups and even a casual date.

VERY POOR SERVICE! Went there tonight, 11/08/2020 before 2000H, it had fairly amount of people, I would say 15-20 to include the take aways. Ordered a “Boss Box” as it’s 50% off which is same as other fast food chains. I’ve waited more than 40 MINUTES for my order! AND IT WAS COLD! They hand out some “buzzers” after you finish ordering that would vibrate or notify you when your order is ready but clearly it’s useless as they have to call out the numbers for the orders! I’ve waited there patiently, after a long day at work (12 1/2 hours) and was really starving so that’s why I went there. The crew were just slow moving feels like they’ve worked much more hours than me nobody even bothered to smile to the customers or greet them, they’re too focus on beautifying the box or the container itself even you just going to eat in, they could have use a normal food paper for eat ins surely they could save a lot of money and time as well. I’ve seen my box there on the counter didn’t know that it was actually mine but it was there for more than 15 min already! I’ve spoke to the lady who’s handing out the orders that I’ve been waiting for my order for more than 40 min already, she chased it up and it was actually the box that was waiting on the counter, and she just asked to her colleague to include the chips as its the only thing left missing in my order then handed out to me. She just said “sorry about that” when she gave my order, I didn’t respond as was bit annoyed and too tired to complain had a long day already. I didn’t enjoyed the food as it was cold already, I could have bought some normal kebabs there in the smaller shops and I could had paid less and faster service in less than 5 min. If you ask me if I go back there? Nah, wouldn’t even recommend this to my friends or colleagues either. You just lost a customer!

First time order via Uber eats, first time trying German Kebeb , had a wrap and fries for delivery , delivered on time with in half hour so far so good. But Granted that having food delivered I don't expect it steaming hot however this was cold ,..chips £2.49 you could count how many ,kebab wasn't bad but £7 hardly had any meat and was also cold . with delivery all came to £12.49 !!. Gutted .

Excellent service and manners from the Front of house team, and very good hygiene standards from the kitchen staff who also made they delicious food.
You have to bring your face mask and there is a hand sanitizer. The nearest car park is in David Austen Optometrists.

Had to wait for way over 15 minutes and only recieved half my order. Staff were very polite, however that doesn't really cut it when you're paying £17 for two kebabs and a bottle of water. Also was the Doritos sandwich supposed to contain Cheese/Doritos? Cos mine had neither... poor effort.

It was such a disappointment as the whole food arrived cold , especially chips was freezing cold and greesy and the portion size was not matching the prize at all.. Me and my kids were so excited to eat Lahmacun ( which is a traditional dish in my Country) but again the mince meat and the ingredients which supposed to be on it was almost there.. They should put more effort into their food instead of their packaging.. Its such a big name and a company but they should talk to their team or chefs immediately.. Something is definitely not right..

A brilliant restaurant with food that has a resounding level of quality, it's amazing how well they make their kebabs, and level of detail they go through, and the overall balance of taste. The staff do their best to satisfy their customers, making sure that any issue is rectified and compensated for if possible; they are respectful with light hearted approach, and I've always left with a smile on my face the few times I've been there.

Delicious, I had the wrap, the Mrs had the veggie kabab, both of us very happy with the food.
Far better than the McD next door in Loughborough, but then again that doesn't really say how good it is as most things are better than McD.

Very disappointed to find out after we ordered that this GERMAN restaurant uses Halal meat. I forgot that German cuisines now require religiously slaughtered meats where animals watch themselves bleed to death in agony. Wont be going back I can assure you.

Ordered through UberEats, when the food arrived I opened it up to find the wrong order. Called the restaurant but they were totally useless, kept asking me for an order number, but there was no order number, spent about 5 minutes going back and forth. Eventually I gave them my name and address and they found my details immediately. About 15 minutes after the original delivery the driver came back and explained he had given me the wrong order. He then asked me to pack up the wrong order so he could deliver it which was absolutely disgusting. Makes me wonder where my order had been! As for the food, the kebab was okay but is was lukewarm and the fries were cold. Would not order from this place again due to the extremely poor service.

track and trace on entry and asking customer to wear face mask when possible, i felt safe and happy to be in the restaurant, they are far in advance with keeping us safe during the pandemic and definitely would recommend the food to any one looking to taste a real kebab i came in on Sunday and was greeted by a young women that recommended the bossbox meal to me and in didn't disappoint, it good to finally see some quality in loughborough something which it has lacked in the past, it wouldn't surprise me if they over took nandos on custom soon. lovely management who seemed extremely hands on and calm under pressure

Really nice good quality food with a few other different items in the menu that I have not seen elsewhere.
The doner salad box is the one that is the nicest IMO. I really would like to try the lamachun and Ayran as it's something not expected to be placed amongst this type of menu.
