had a fantastic timing eating at the german doner in loughborough, hot food and fast service, 100% covid friendly and great vibes, i had the kcal meal recommended by the young lady at the door and boy was she right scrumchus bit of filling that kcal was never had anything like it will most definitely be back for more thumbs up from me

Very disappointing not to receive what we ordered. Forgot our drinks, which is just inexcusable when they have to remember just four items!!! I'll give them one more chance to get it right in the future and if not then I will never use them again.

We had doner mix kebab and chicken qusadilla box meal.
The food was really amazing! Very clean, fresh salad and reasonable price. Great experience absolutely recommend this place!!!!

I am delivery driver and the staff is lying to us the wasting our time !!! We get pay by delivery a food not by standing in the store! !!!They work to slow take ages to get the for food ready??? They don't know what they do the problem too many staff a driver complaining about German donar do something train your staff do some work!!!

Worst place I’ve eaten! Wait nearly half an hour in store for a dinner box meal and cheesey chip (liquid cheese). Standard of food was poor and staff in the kitchen stood around like a fart in a trance. Staff in McDonald’s with no stars have more skills.

Cold food and small portions.
If you really wish for proper kebab Say Souvlaki beats them 100%
I was really looking forward to the opening as when I visited their site in Coventry it really impressed me. Not sure if they will increase the standart.

Waiting time was 35 mins although the staff was pleasant there was lots of disagreements between the staff regarding the food ordered and food prepared. My meal was cold and the chicken was hard burnt bits with chunks of fat very greasy very disappointed sorry.

Visited German Doner kebab yesterday and even though it was super busy everything was spot on. I received my food quickly considering the long que and one of the staff members , Ella I believe, was so helpful and clearly very organised in what she was doing.

Early delivery the first time we had it it was amazing this was our second time eating it there is no cheese i didnt get myextra cheese the i got we asked for 1 small 1 large we got 2 smalls! We also didn't get forks and napkins this time either

I’d like to say was a great experience was not disappointed.
The restaurant decor was good very spacious and clean
The food was fresh and Hot and very tasty and well portioned.
Was served by young lady Saarah very knowledgable and with with her expertise and recommendation tried the mix special and was amazing
My wife had the Doner Quesadilla and she enjoyed it too wasn’t too heavy and just enough full of flavour and the three sauces are good, each with distinctive flavour.
I can imagine some may feel disappointed with the portion as they probably used to getting pitta bread with loads of meat on it from their usual kabab shop but this is a restaurant and the meat is off good quality
I will return and recommend my friends and colleagues

Ordered via deliveroo and although the food was nice it was a complete rip off and they got the order wrong. Asked for items to be removed- wasn't. Paid for more meat and more cheese- not added. Very expensive for what it was and it seems no way to get my money back for the bits missing. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with the food. Had a takeaway of £40 of foods. Found the drink is missing, Spring rolls seems cooked twice, spring rolls and chilli biyes was very oily. Doner inside the spring rolls was dry and overcooked.

leme not cap but wen i went the lady at the till cudnt really speak english so it was kinda hard for me to understand wat she was saying .i repeated the order like 3 times i think it's better to have staff who are fluent in English so its easier for ppl to understand. the munch was semi decent just a little dry had abit of mayo but i asked for no sauce. the service was fast but one of the workers bought drinks twice wouldnt mind another cheeky can but i told her she got the wrong table. semi decent and i would say around 2 and maybe a half on the food cuz i went to the Leicester one which had more sucelent juicy and lovely donner.

ordered via deliveroo. An hour and a 10 mins later , the cold kebab was delivered, best of all,part of the order was missing! German doner loughborough said "call deliveroo, its not our problem" effectively. Had to call deliveroo for a refund! Don't use either company ever! Rider ,Crishal ,however was awesome. To be delivering in 35 degrees heat! RESPECT!

Overall poor, never order for delivery if you all want to eat.
4 meals ordered only 3 delivered via deliveroo, not deliveroo's fault so phoned the store. The manager was hopeless, needs a reminder of customer service or the sack.
His answer was, we have no delivery here so next time you want to order phone the shop and we will discount you for the missing meal, I told him that someone has to go hungry then - uninterested, so I had to get in the car and collect the missing meal, defeats the Deliveroo charges!!.
Before ordering look at the other reviews about missing meals - you NEVER get offered a refund - they are taking the money and not delivering. This store must be an embarrassment to the franchise and hopefully they will step in and remind them that legally you cannot take the money and not deliver - regularly (we all make occasional mistakes)
Food tasted good but was pricey ( never order the side of fires, think of a McDonald's small fries for 2 1/2 times the cost - the size has to be seen to be believed, but not in a good way).
I would however order meals again as it tasted great, but NEVER order for delivery and make sure you are there to check as they put it in the bag, also watch out for those ridiculously expensive extras that are definitely not worth the money.
Someone who looks after the franchise/brand needs to look at this site as they are need more leadership and training
