What a good burger. I got the F burger with a plant based patty and it was so delicious. Curly fries were sent from God. Vegetarian options are a 10/10 would recommend.
Great variety in food and the staff were all so lovely. Greeted really nicely at the door, politely asked to anti-bac, our temperature was taken and then we were led straight to our seats. Staff were attentive, but not annoying.

The food was okay, however for the price there simply was not enough. They are more expensive compared to Nando's you get less for your money in quantity and the flavour is half as good at best. Better just go Nando's. The bonus is because it's so quiet you can get straight in. Overall not good.

Our first visit here wasn't a bad one.
Service very good, cv19 safety spot on.
Food really nice, as usual we ordered too much lol.
Our only gripe was that the main came out to our table before we'd finished starter so felt a little rushed.

Decided to eat here whilst visiting son at Loughborough University. We were seated straight away, it has a very nice atmosphere, the food was lovely, and the pricing was reasonable. We will definitely visit again.

Great grillhouse. Their covid protocols are great - the best we've experienced. They take a phone number and name on entry for track and trace. They also take your temperature by holding the reader by your wrist. The cultery is provided individually in paper envelopes and there is a hand washing basin in the main restaurant area so you don't have to use the bathroom one. Only one toilet is in use so you can ask the servers when it is free to avoid getting up unnecessarily. Only negative is that they got confused with our orders. The vegan burger had the cheese and burger sauce from the vegetarian burger. They redid the vegan burger and added the things to the vegetarian burger so it all worked out in the end.

Four of us went to the grillhouse because of the reviews. Unfortunately the burgers were substandard for the price. The cheese used is processed and similar to the one found in macdonalds burgers and my burger was particularly tasteless. I had the Americana burger and my partner had the Bacon Cheese (the burger sauce gave it flavour). I won't be recommending this place.

This is a cozy restaurant in the heart of Loughborough with good meals. It looks a bit expensive compare to same meals and services in alike restaurants. Its general atmosphere and service is satisfactory and its staff are kind and committed to serve costumes.

First time for me here but second time for my son and dad who visited earlier in the year. Love it! Excellent, tasty, freshly cooked food and you can pick exactly what you want on your plate. Prices are very good, portions generous, quick service and the staff are awesome. Thoroughly recommended and can't wait to try it again when I come back to Loughborough.

First visit here as part of a small group and really enjoyed it. Nice surroundings and atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful. The food came quickly, was hot and tasty and nicely presented. Everyone in the group enjoyed their food. The £6 b4 6 offer is excellent value, but with a restricted menu choice. Would definitely visit again.

For anyone who is wanting Halal Chicken. This is the best place in Lough borough.
The prices are affordable, the food tastes great and the staff are brilliant.
Its never too busy. Highly recommended!!!

Me and my wife went to celebrate our 20 year anniversary together at lunchtime today. The service was spot on. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The food was pretty awesome too! Highly recommend the Mixed Grill Platter, just make sure you bring your kids to help! Superb overall experience and we shall defiantly be returning.

This place has high aspirations however only manages to achieve some of them. Unfortunately they missed one of the items in my order, and it subsequently arrived late which was annoying and spoiled my dinner. The customer service was very good, but the food was extremely mediocre. There was simply not enough sauce on the chicken and wings, which is a real shame. As a Londoner I am used to being served food of a much higher quality for the price. If they are serious about expanding through franchising, then they really need to up their game, as I certainly wouldnt buy a franchise based on my experience.

My first time to Fernandez and my overall thoughts are...meh. The staff were nice, friendly and attentive. The food, however, was very average for the money. The crispy chicken was very nice but the coleslaw watery and tasteless. The spicy chips were soggy and pretty naff. Okay if I was paying McDonalds prices, but I won't rush back.

Had the sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce and a friend had slow cooked beef burger both with chips. Both very nice and would come back to try other options on the menu. Also tried the kinder bueno milkshake which was nice but a bit on the sweet side. Service was polite and prompt which left a good impression.

The peri-peri chicken is comparable if not tastier than leading brand, it always fresh too. If you use App, the take-away has extra discount, and it has parking place perfect for family dining too.

I came to visit this place with my partner before going to cinema and I would definitely rate it highly. The staff were polite, the atmosphere was chilled, the place was clean, the food tasted amazing and had decently sized portions. We ordered some fried halloumi and lamb chops for starters and I had a chicken wrap and he had one of the burrito of the meal deals. We had them all arrive at the same time as we were running behind on time however the food tasted amazing and I wish to return here soon

Nice restaurant with great service and a good variety on the menu. Loving the chicken tenderloin. Normally I go spicy but here you need to try the lemon and herb as the flavours really nice. Free car parking round the back. Can get pricey but portions are very large
