I called the telephone number provided by search engine. Got through to Brighton probate office, so I knew I had correct number, but could not speak to anyone, as I did not have the extension number, so my call was cut off as there is no ability to leave a message.
I just wanted some initial help and guidance to a way forward to getting probate.
I have to say I was disappointed with my call being terminated.

Try finding update on my late grandmother wanted to know how it going but would not tell me as I got to go through the solicitor I spoke to someone on the phone the other day and they was so helpful but this lady today wouldn't give me no information at all and she laugh

Too understaffed to take phone calls. When the phone finally did manage to bypass the automatic message and ring through I heard someone pick up and cancel the call. What an absolute joke of an organisation, leaving people in limbo with no idea how many weeks or months it will take to progress their probate application. Bunch of jokers.

Dreadful service. Slow, incompetent... These are people's lives you're messing with! Also staff are very rude and dismissive when you contact the office for an update.
