A speedy service! I arrived exactly at the time of my appointment... the queue was short, I was assisted nicely and my passport renewal application only took me half an hour. The weather was so hot outside so when I came inside, I'm a bit exhausted and they have free cold water from a dispenser.... very refreshing from a person who came from a long journey. DFA Staffs were very courteous and wear a a smile on their faces. Keep up the good work!

Are you an ofw? Please be informed! As stated on the picture the new policy is revised already this june 3 2020 due to pandemic. If you are an OFW and need to renew your passport, courtesy lane for ofw is strictly by appointment. No appointment no renewal even if you are ofw as per screening personnel.

For OFWs and Seafarers, you will only need less than one hour for processing or renewing your passport. Just identify yourself that you are an OFW and they will get you to the fast lane.

The process of the passport renewal finished in just 10-15 mins. This is a major improvement from our last visit. The staff were nice and though you have to move from one section to the other, people were there to assist you and point you to the next step. They were also bright and cheery. The whole process was smooth provided you have prepared all the necessary documents like phptocopy of passport and those indicated in the eRenewal of passport online. Hoping for consistency in the service so that people can experience the processing with ease.

The process now is more faster than before. However, I couldn't say that the services are efficient/consistent. I may one among 10 applicants who experiences inconviniency regarding even the small details of the passport. Everything were fine, but some changes I should understand like the signature. Is this supposed to be digital or virtually signed by the owner? Oh it's biometric passport. I wasn't sure if I could signed it with a pen reason why I asked. I used to the old one that has digital signature. I rarely watch news, so I was hoping for a reply but since I couldn't wait, I just looked it for myself. Hope you have a good costumer service.

I’m amazed someone said that they have speedy service. Waiting over two hours for processing is ridiculous and then making people wait more and more for the entire process is terrible. Bureaucratic work is difficult enough and making people waste time sitting down and waiting hour after hour just makes it so much worse. If they had a system that informed people when documents were ready through email or text that would be so much better than forcing everyone to sit and wait. Also, despite the fact that it says that there are “No Noon Breaks” they pretty much close down most of the windows at noon so I don’t know what that’s about. There’s obviously some kind of break going on. Also, can they have a list of for sure requirements, we were asked to come back twice for the same documents to be processed because we were apparently missing something. We had to travel back to the city hall in Quezon City to fix it up again. We weren’t the only ones that had to do that either. So someone please put up what we need per document to be done prior to getting it processed because it costs both time and money to get these things done and I don’t think the people working here try to understand that.

A lot of people falling in line even though the appointment is online. Took me 2 hours to process my passport. They should put more satellite offices around the metro.

Security guards are accomodating. However, DFA should emphasize and inform the public with regards to their cut off time. Many of us thought that the processing with apostille is until 5pm but it's not. Cut off time is 4pm. This way, time, money and effort won't be wasted to people like me who tried to catch up due to limited time and urgency.

Good location.. LRT Balintawak station to Edsa station going to Consular Office. more or less 40mins Ride, then hope on a taxi :max is 80.00 unless the taxi driver is greedy and wanted more, a contract is150.00 There are some honest to goodness taxi driver that I don't mind at all giving tip.. Because they're dignified driver.. Jeep to CO Consular Office is ¶ 9.00 pesos.. Easy breezy paperwork processing..

No available spot for passport renewal appointment. I been checking the schedule for the whole week every single day. I also call the DFA aseana, and they suggested to make appointment but sad to say no available spot until June. And you cannot make appointmentet for July yet. No walk-in applicants too. Where to find passport on wheel? Anyone?????

DFA customer service needs improvement. The staff were not smiling. Most of them are rude. Staff were chatting with their colleagues or person next to them, even in front of their customers. They really don't care what is going on around. They just do their own little business and ignore you or let you wait. DFA Aseana based on my survey got the lowest score when it comes to customer service.

DFA Aseana is located along Macapagal Blvd, so it’s conveniently located. Mostly people go for passport application and renewal, with long queues outside based on application timing.

Got there at 12:30 pm and got me almost an hour to renew. Didnt expect this. Thumbs up to all people who made it possible. Doesn't have to set an appointment, just go there bringing all required documents and you're good to go. I'm an OFW but I assume the same smooth process flow could be experienced to tourists, etc. See you in 10 years ????

Why is there a limit of 5 only for the group appointment? My 3 kids, me, my sister and hubby who will be applying for the passport.. A total of six? Why can't you bring back the walk in processing back? I was not able to schedule an appointment for my hubby because of the 5 limit for the group appointment... Is it possible to bring my hubby along since my 3 kids are priority? And they have scheduled appointment....

Three hours to process a renewal. Two of that was stuck in useless queues of this ridiculously inefficient and cumbersome system. You Filipinos really need to grow up and devise less complicated system just to get in to have your passport processed. 1 hour in a queue to get your application taken off you after you and a hundred other people are all there for a 3 pm appointment. Then another hour to have this guy to come out call your name to line up again to enter a seating area. Then wait another 30 minutes to finally be called in for another 40 minutes of processing. Really! Grow up and get someone to give you sound advice on how to process passports. Australia, go to a post office, get a photo, drop off your application with your required documents, 10 to 20 minutes max, passport in the mail a week later. You are living in the 1950s

Kudos for the security guards and assistant personel for the service, however based on my experience, customer service here is not really good, there is no other option for your concern, alabang branch send me here to fix my issue, in the end its the same answer and result, representative did not provide me proper help and it feels the one that im talking to doesn't really care at all, i asked if i can have any contact information for what he advised me , and he just answered me the same answer , i hope next time your policy will be more convenient and representative will be more helpful

To whom this may concern, Your Online Passport Renewal System is flawed right from Step 1 (Choose a Schedule) - Any user can spam your Appointment Schedule because the System does not require the user to enter a valid credential before proceeding. Without such pre-screening process, fixers and people with vested interest can jump on the opportunity to block all the available slots and hinder those who are in real need of your services (obviously I am one of those) to even reach Step 2. With all the dates virtually “booked” for the next three months, your Online Passport Renewal System is simply useless. I still believe that the overall intent of your online system is sincere. But with it’s current design and process flow, the idea of convenience is defeated. Even worse, you’ve just given fixers/opportunists another platform (right at their fingertips - anytime, anywhere) to continue exploiting the Filipino people. Please have this fixed. There’s always room to improve. P.S. Your phone number is always busy but it is expected given the large deficiency of your online system. Perhaps employ more phone call respondent to appease the general public.

This is the largest and most crowded of all the DFA Passport facilities in Manila, with literally 1,000's of visitors every day! There is no beating the crowd by arriving early because by 4am each day there is already a long line waiting to process their Visa and Passport applications!

Transactions in DFA Asean was very fast due to a lot of counters open to accommodate applicants, with complete requirements my renewal took only 15 - 20minutes from the time i entered the queue. Always take note that there is a cut-off time for releasing of authenticated documents(cut off is 4:00pm)

Fast and efficient. It's an amazing feat how the government able to provide discipline to it's staff and the people who goes to this office to apply for their passports. This place doesn't give the dreading feel that you're in a government office.

DFA doesn't care about it's employees! Makes them work 12 hour days for 6 days a week!!!! Very inhumane! No wonder work is always backed up and no progress is made! For people looking to work here, look elsewhere. Unless you like working in hell

To whom it may concern, i have written at least 4 appointment schedule in different DFA Location but why can't I have my confirmation code? I asked so many times in your Fb page but there's no reply from all of you. Seriously, do you understand how hard it is, for us to schedule an appointment? Do you think everything is so easy just because it will be done online? Well Congratulations! People are so furious having the same complaint as i am.

This office is not all that bad. There was a time when I travelled with a defective passport going back to my job site at Qatar. During transit, I was apprehended & held at Dubai Airport, then deported. I went to this office in the wee hours of the morning. Upon their opening, I asked for their help & they accomodated me with open arms. They put my passport on priority & soon I received my new passport. Then I was able to return to my work overseas.

Disappointed, is there any alternate way to get passport immediately? Perhaps a walk in applicants? Is it mandatory to online I can't access the webpage. There is always occurences. Better improve the online processing for it says, its sufficient for the passport requirements. They choose (online schedule appointment) supposed to be a user friendly but its not. Better take back the walk in processing and online at the same time so that there will be an option for those who can't access for this mandatory..
