You need to update your working hours. There are different cut off times for each concern. I wish my school forwarded it t DFA SM Manila instead. It says here 19:00 but they won't let you enter at 16:00 for authentication claiming.

Horrible online appointment. No slot available since September 2016 'til September 2017. Passport was set to be renewed before April 2017 but this corrupt DFA allowing agencies to block all those schedule for them to collect an extra fee!!!!!! So what's the point of your online system??????
