I can't get an appointment, I've clicked all dates and months but it led me to January 2017 I need to renew my passport asap. Cause me and my mom will travel by October I can't let her travel alone since she's already a Senior citizen. Courtesy lane hotline asked me to call the director's office .. I've been waiting like an hour here and yet there's no answer ! Ang sakit na sa tenga promise ! ????????????????

How can I cancel my previous appointment if there is no confirmation message sent to my email address...this is so ridiculous....i am upset, i've made an appointment 3 times already....better upgrade your website.
There is no message coming to my SPAM/JUNK messages...how can i confirm. you have indicated that after 72 hours for not confirming the appointment date it will be deleted...Bakit ngayon more than 72 hours na, nag try uli ako mag schedule ng appointment, bakit nakalagay may previous appointment pa ako....e di ko nga ma confirm....por dyos por santo...kaya nga ako nandito na naman sa computer shop para mag book ng appointment....ano ba naman... paki ayos naman...kelangan ko maka apply ng passport....Paging PRESIDENT DUTERTE....paki ayos po ang aming pagkuha ng appoinment sa passport.

I am here in aseana dfa at 5pm but the guard didnt allow me to process my passport. I came late coz, I per what i searched in google their office hours is 12am till 11:30 pm. Thats why i am very disapppointed.

My experience was horrible. Aside from standing in a long line like more than 300 applicants ahead of you. I supposed to receive my passport on April 20th thru LBC but until now it has not arrived yet. Calling their hotline is ridiculous no one is answering the phone for Releasing. The customer service rep needs training on being polite and respectful. I had it rushed but still nonsense. I need you guys to pay attention and address our concerns. Or else it will be spread in social media how incompetent and low class your service are.

I went to DFA ASEANA branch last April 12 to renew my passport and process for almost 3 hours. Using the online appointment system,i arrived 30 minutes before my sched. the procedure went well. The first step was quick and the lane was manually attended by DFA personnel, i dont see any digital monitor downstairs to call out your number, so far well managed. For renewal, please bring 2 valid ID's (I submit Postal ID and TIN ID) and photocopy it together with your NSO birth certificate, photocopy of page 1,2,3,4 and last page of your old passport.Make sure that you fill up correctly the e application form with your information. SECOND step: Cashier, i choose to pay express 1, 200 php for renewal, after 10-15 days the courier assigned will deliver your new passport to your door, if you want to claim it personally in their office its only 950.. Third: The encoding procedure, thumbmark and ephoto,the 3rd step is were i stock most of my time and takes an hour for me to wait until my number flashed in their digital screen.So far i can say, good job to DFA ASEANA branch, one more thing ,no parking area in DFA premises and we found oppurtunity to park the car in Petron gasoline station but charged us 100 for parkign fee, funny after we paid 100 php the guard took back the receipt, i didnt argue anymore am already exhausted plus its almost 3pm and we are in a hurry coz there is window in Paranaque for coding plate numbers grrr BUT THIS IS ANOTHER STORY, lol

worst than ever, we have before only 1 branch that is in lbertad pasay city 3k people are serve from the long queue for a day, this time we have online applications but the process takes a century...2 months for the schedule and 1 full days for the appearance and 10 days max for the release...

I'm having a hard time getting an appointment since no available slots until June 2018 and slots for July onwards is not yet open! Travel agencies get bulk of the appointments and sell it for higher price!
