Very bad experience unfortunately. The customer service was really disappointing. During February I ordered an article that was showing 1 left on the website but was actually out of stock since a few days, I've been told it was expected for 3 to 5 working days. 2 weeks after no sign of the delivery, I tried to cancel my purchase but no answer by email so had to call them. Asking for help, I've been offered an alternative to what I had originally ordered. That is really appreciated, but the piece of hardware was quite limited and wanting to return it to store on today (since I'm temporarily leaving London the next day), I called and asked if it was possible to do so (to confirm what their website is already stating because we never know with a company as reliable as them). Apparently, it is not possible to return anything on the Sunday, which is not stated anywhere in the website. I have the proof of purchase, the order number, the item in a perfect condition, I still don't really get what is wrong with handing the item back on a Sunday instead of another day. Their returns and refunds policy is obscure, the customer service almost inexistent as well as the overall professionalism of the people running the store and the website.
Thus, I would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay away from this company, both for the London store and online website and try the other many alternatives available in the city.
I understand that you would not find anything wrong with them if what you've purchased is in stock and you have been 100% sure to buy it for a long time. But if you ever have any problem, or second thought about your purchase with them I wish you a good luck and the necessary amount of patience to deal with their incompetence.

Went there to buy something today after a long week. I was pretty tired but received amazing service and will for sure come back some time. Recommended for both locals and tourists, if only for checking out what is happening in the electrical music scene. Awesome that it is so close to the traditional "tourist traps", as well. Makes it more likely that I can bring my friends and family some day.

Avoid! Went to buy a cable that would connect an iPhone to a MIDI controller. Told the staff the model of the iPhone and the keyboard. They recommended me a cable that did not work, came back a few days later and they told me that they do not refund cables. No refunds on products that they recommend and end up not working? Recommend similar shops few minutes away in Denmark street that have better customer service.

Writing this review a year later but that just shows my appreciation for this shop. Their customer service is excellent, the staff is experienced but also very friendly and understanding. My Pioneer headphones were broken and I needed to exchange them for new set asap and they gave me one on the spot! Cheers, I will be back.

Worst store I ever visit, the guys have no clue of anything, they just want you to spend your money or you need to get out of the store.
Also be very careful with the return policy, they take 15% off the price as a handling fee

Perfect place for audiophiles! I've just visited this store today, have been to a few other places trying to shop for mid-range priced but high quality sounding headphones, but this store was the best. I got in half an hour before closing, wasn't rushed at all, Etu (hope that's his name) was really helpful, totally got what I was after as of the type of warm but not too boxy sound, clear highs, and good isolation. We started off with the one I looked up in On-line reviews, which was great, but he recommended the pioneer hdjx7 model. I checked a few other ones too, just to make an informed decision, but ended up buying that one. Really glad for the help, patience and the honesty with which he answered my questions.

Amazing service. I needed the UDG wheelie back pack (to save my back with laptop, interface and controller) for a trip the same day with no chance of getting into the West End due to last minute work. Eetu at WestendDJ went massively out of his way to provide a solution for couriering the backpack to me safely at a particular time to suit my needs. A massive thank you Eetu and WestendDJ.

The go-to place for DJ equipment in London. The shop is tiny but they cram a lot of stuff in, and the equipment ranges from bedroom-DJ level up to pretty high end. They can order custom stuff if you want them to. There's also the ability to hire stuff if you need it. The service is excellent and the staff are very personable. They look after regular customers. It would be ace if the place was a bit bigger but in central London it's hard to ask for more.

To me, the measure of a company is how they treat customers when there is a problem.
I was recommended Westenddj by a friend. I chose to use them because they have physical shops as well
I had a minor issue with my Pioneer controller. This was not the shops fault. The way I was treated was superb.
First of all, I would like to mention a very lovely guy called David.
In the first contact, he reserved me the last controller that they had in stock, at a time when there was very little stock.
When this turned out to have a minor defect, David made sure that he reserved me a controller on the very next shipment.
He kept to his word, personally keeping my product safe until I was able to come into the store.
He also gave me very good advise and took his time to explain things in an easy to understand manner(he seems to be VERY knowledgable).
Because of the way David (and Westenddj) has treated me, I would not hesitate to recommend them again.
In fact, I have since bought multiple products from them.
