Pathetic customer care and service. I was recently bought a pair af SD280 headphones from WEDJ. Reviews said they would be what I needed. On listening to them I was very disappointed so took the boxed headphones and receipt to the shop to pay and upgrade to HD25 headphones. The shop wouldn't take them back as the plastic that goes round the cables in the box wasn't there.
I have worked in studios for over 30 years and am part of a four studio complex spending money all the time. Have been looking for a decent shop in London to buy my products from... I thought I had found it but no....
What a shame...
I won't be recommending WEDJ to anybody in the future...

To all the staff from Junior to Senior , a big thank you for being helpful today, you know at times it can get busy in the store, it goes with the territory , i accept that and i waited patiently , and when i was eventually seen i was given very good service indeed , my turntable was replaced straight away, no arguments , no fuss , and to cap it all they price matched it . Suffice to say i look forward to visiting

V good service: kit we wanted was in the Tottenham Ct Rd store whilst we were very near their Staples corner warehouse/showroom. They stuck it in the van and arrived in 45 minutes - saved us a trip into town and back, plus the showroom had the add-ons we wanted too. Highly recommended.

miserable, unprofessional and extremely common to say the least. To be very frank, I am really struggling to find a suitable word that would indeed describe this very very poor establishment! Briefly, I bought an XLR lead last Saturday and realised it was the wrong lead. Phoned the next day and explained the genuine mistake made by both parties i.e. one of their colleagues and myself but Patrick the Manager refused to listen and was extremely abrupt over the phone to which I chose to ignore. I popped in and I mentioned that I was not impressed with his conduct over the phone as I gave him no reason for that kind of behaviour. I can say that he was as quiet as a mouse and very apologetic in person but still refused to do a very simple exchange so I had no other choice but to buy two XLR leads. As a very professional person that I am I just said I'm not going to get into an argument over a measly amount of money and therefore keep that one that I clearly have no use for and Happy Christmas guys. No ethics whatsoever! Based on all the very dissatisfied customers clearly shown on google's rate and review this business will be closed down within 1-2 years if that. Avoid at all costs!

Went to this shop for a microphone lead I had the old lead with me so the and said this is a 6 meter lead can I please have a 10 meter so he gave the lead I paid £30 got home wrong lead took it back they gave a replacement one got that one did not work went back third time the manager dealt with me and said they have sold the wrong lead cost me a fortune in fairs and would not give me any money off if you use this shop you must be mad customer service what customer service

Had a bad experience elsewhere where I was promised an item in store only to be turned away as it was in there warehouse despite calling three times before i arrived on three septate days as I was travelling from Liverpool to london and thought I could kill two birds with one stone. . Rocked up to WestEndDJ had what I needed was able to give me some spot on advise also nice chat about what I played and where I was paying and not just interested in F'n about on equipment in a demo room and ignoring me in a another store. They are completive on price and have been able to price match to other stores of the like (at the time of purchase)
Have used online service too. top notch in-store and dot com. what more do you want?

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - RIP OFF PRICES BETTER TO BUY ONLINE - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
THE STORY:
Walked in when the door sign said OPEN was greeted by a rude salesman who yelled at his other colleague for not shutting the door before we came in. We asked if we should come back another day and the other they reassured us it was fine. within 5 mins the same rude clerk rudely interrupted me whilst i was testing out two pairs of recording headphones, I was just showing my partner which ones i liked and he asked "ARE YOU GOING TO BUY ANYTHING" I responded well i don't know yet? he looked at me puzzled and said i need to know coz i'm going to shut down the tills" I was shocked as we had barely been standing in there for more than 5 mins and he was rushing us to either make a purchase instantly or get out! I obviously was not about to part with my money at this point so we left swiftly. You'd think after that sort of competition these independent shops are faced with they would be a bit more kind to there customers? BUT NO just pure rude disrespect!
Do not shop there lovely people they are not very helpful.. i love to support local independent shops but not this one, they do not deserve your custom..

Called earlier in the day for a pair of cans and two hours later when I came to buy them, they had increased the price by 20%. Their justification: "this is like the stock market, our prices always fluctuate". Horrible way of doing business and false advertising. I dont recommend.
