Clubtek were great! Ordered a zoom H1N mic which was set at the wrong frequency for recording and multi tracking instrumental music. First John and then Terry spent about 40 minutes with my 15 year old son talking through and working out together how to change the frequency so he could use it for instrumental recording. So generous with their time and so nice and patient. So now he can use the product he bought in the way he wants to and it's great. Thanks Clubtek - great customer service!

Great DJ equipment shop. Excellent range of PA equipment at great prices. Lots of DJ controllers, lighting equipment etc. Good sized showroom and helpful staff. Best prices around for all sorts of cables and accessories too.

I bought a pair of Alto TX212 about a week ago.only one thing I can about them,they are excellent sound quality and so well made,and you also have the alto Bluetooth stick which I have just purchased to go wireless.Must big thanks to Terry who took the time to take me stage by stage to connect my speakers to my mixer,controller and equaliser,that's what you call service thanks again Clubtek.

This has got to be one of the friendliest, best run DJ and components shopping establishments in Yee Olde Londinium Towne. Always thoughtful and helpful staff. Big range of items. They even have things you might not expect! And, returns often possible, when needed. Prices keen. Ask!

First of all I would like to say my experience from beginning to end was first class.
I contacted Clubtek with an enquiry on the 4th of January about a flightcase for a Pioneer DDJ400. I had a few questions which the team at Clubtek answered in 24hrs due to lockdown as they I believe went into store to measure for me the shelf opened and closed. By 9am the 6th it was at my home delivered.
They are a great friendly, professional business that I will use again. And again. And again.
My new First port of call.
You Deserve an award for just your customer service.

I found clubtek quite by accident cookies ect, I was looking for an Ibiza scan500 and clubtek had a deal on so I bought it straight away, it arrived overnight which I was very grateful for, after playing with the laser over the weekend I noticed an issue with the laser so I emailed the shop and got a very quick reply, they arranged return shipping straight away, the laser was back to me inside 5 days, over Sat and Sun meaning three days really, I have had the laser back for a week now and I can not fault it one bit, everything pin sharp, my machine recalibrated and as good as it should be.
The short version of this is you can buy from clubtek with confidence knowing aftercare services are excellent, I will be buying from clubtek again.

Their excellent technician (Monday and Thursday) fixed my Technics 1210 at £30 for the first 30 minutes and £25 for the following half hour, cheaper than others. Excellent, non-pushy service.
Whilst in there I heard discussion of some DJ equipment, not sales, purely ensuring the person bought the right equipment for the right job.
A look around the shop, prices reflect on-line prices. Go there, get advice, and pay online prices.

I buy my dj controllers and all audio leads and equipments here. Staff are friendly and can help you decide which is best for you and your needs. There is parking right outside the shop off the street and local buses run pass. Prices are reasonable and you can try out the equipment
