Always really helpful. I've been in many times for all sorts of needs and if they don't have it they will point you in the right direction and take a little time to help you out.
Good cost per meter on cabling and they stock spare parts for most things. Also have some good bargain bucket deals of really useful odds and sods.

As a passing DJ from Berlin who needed a new controller my first instinct was to head to Tottenham court road. But all the best dj shops there are now gone and the remaining ones are really really bad. Since I really needed this controller for a gig the next day decided to give these guys a try. I was not disappointed. the showroom is really big and offers a very vast array of choice.
It was Pavlos who took care of me and took all the time necessary to go over my needs and suggest me the best product that ticked all my boxes. If you read this thanks again man!
Finally they were extremely patient at the moment of paying because my german card didn't work and I had to call my bank to authorise the transaction and it was already supposed to be closing time.
All in all, very professional and nice team. If you need equipment in London this should be your go to place. Forget about the west end.

was let down as i came to buy some speakers spoke to Terry got told i would get a discount if came to the store, didn't get any discount i was actually going to pay £1 extra than i would pay online for the RCF Ayra 5 Active 5" so no discount, i asked for him to throw in the the Isolation Pads but wanted to charge me for them at £260 when on line its £259 so trying to make me think he is giving me a discount he was charging me a £1 extra without the Pads it came to £250 when buying on line comes to £249 plus free delivery , Terry has offered me this great deal at £250, i was thinking in my head wow what a great deal"! not"! , i got told that if i go to the shop he would give me a god deal if i buy directly from him i.e the shop , seeing its cost me £5 to get there i was hoping to walk away with at least a £10 off, at least seeing that i would have had too get a cab back that would cost me £20, so instead of that discount he added money on to the order and was unwilling to give me a deal so i walked out and left without the item i went there to buy, why tell customers you will give them a discount then charge the customer more than the price online that is free delivery
