I had to chase twice for refund on returned item over a month ago. This should be standard stuff in 2021. Seem to operate like we're in the 90s still. Happy to sell you something but drag their feet on customer service. Do you guys want Amazon to have a monopoly because this is how to go about it.

Terrible Customer Service. I have been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks.
No one answers emails, the phone is quite often not answered and when it is the team either say they cant help or provide information that isn't true.
I will not be using again and I advise that you look elsewhere for your gear.
