Bought some pioneer gear off them, had loads of hassle at the start (all my own fault). The lads I’d spoken to were more than helpful and answered every stupid question I had. Big thanks to the guys, they even managed to get the hardware delivered a week early. It’s nice to deal with people who enjoy their work.

Just picked up my New DDJ 800 today from the NW London location, I waited ages for it to come into the country because of Covid, I can not thank Marcus and his staff enough, he’s a top bloke, he knows his stuff, very technical minded and true to his word. Bought a mixer. Didn't even open and returned it within their 7 day returns policy. The manager of the store charged me a 10% for returning. He made an excuse saying the power cable was tangled and would be sold off as a grade b product. Absolutely shocking and I like never advise to go here again! I have pictures as evidence. The cheap store manager is trying to make a couple extra quid this way. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Please note: The item was NEVER used and the "greasy fingerprints" were not mine and from the store manager opening the packing.

I spoke to Marcus via the websites text message format.
He offered me a good deal on the Pioneer DDJ 1000SRT plus stuck to his word on the next day delivery even though they are currently on a 2 day delivery service.
Package arrived next day before midday.

Very nice and interesting place - I very much like atmosphere in there including nice smelling incense :) Lots of music, audio and dj equipment. Very friendly and helpful staff - they answered all of my questions and I was very happy to buy my new audio interface after their advice. Very good location, necessary parking for motorized customers.
