Love the one on cedar does a great job..tried new one on Hiawatha and after my car dried it was just as dirty as before I got it washed...avoid it no good

It does a good job when you actually get to it. There's always a line a mile long and I work for the company lol. I just wish the car wash wasn't so popular so I didn't have to wait lol.

Terrible experience and customer service. Hours are not posted visably anywhere and i just waited 1 hour to wash my car to get told they close at 8 when i was next in line. What a complete waste of time and energy. Attendant came out and was not very polite like i should have known they close at 8. Also no solution like hey maybe let 1 more car go through?? Dont go here...

Came here to get the all important under body car wash. The line was at least 10 cars long and moving VERY slowly, like up to 12 minutes between line movements. After about an hour and a half of waiting, the cashier came running out yelling that she can't keep coming outside and that the car wash was closed. Turns out the car wash selection machine was messing up and she had to keep fixing it, thus the slow line. I managed to still get a car wash, however I ended up having to pay twice because after my first payment and waiting for the door to open to the car wash, it asked me to pay again and I kind of didn't care at this point. The wash was good until the end where the blowers didn't turn on and I drove out with a sopping wet and soapy car which dried like that. Won't be going back to this particular car wash..
