I come to return a faulty microwave, the lady dealing with me wasn't helpful or nice! But finally the manager came and he was professional, polite and very helpful. He sort me out with an exchange so always ask for the top man/woman !

I got what I needed but by god I had to wait in that queue 31 minutes to be served the shop had everything what you need the staff on the shop floor are very helpful but the till only one person on there the queue was quite long

bad service, do not care, often rude.
I've had the pleasure to experience on many occasions. When they are in a good mood, that is when you are buying a large screen tv and a blue ray, they will try to persuade you to buy golden cables which are super expensive and make no real change in picture and sound quality. Of course they will lie to you they do, cause they cost £100 each.

Was here to buy a laptop for my sister. Knew what I wanted to get. However it took ages to find any member of stuff to give me any assistance asked a couple of them for help they told me they're busy didn't bother calling someone else to assist me. Eventually found someone who wasn't "busy" and to be honest might as well he didn't bother it wasn't service with a smile. I was disappointed.

Probably worst customer service experience ever. Asked About mobile broadband to be told to wait for another colleague. Waited for ages and ages after asking about pay at go go prices. I thought pc world let staff try products at home so why do all colleagues have to refer to the website instead of telling me to do so. Clear this store is focused on target selling and not meeting customer needs

I resent even giving 1 star. The level of customer care I received is disgraceful.
The staff are blatantly rude and have no regard for their customers (both in-store and in the 'customer service' call centre).
If you have any respect for yourself go shop somewhere else. All the products they stock you can purchase elsewhere and find discounts and deals which are just as good!
