Go somewhere else if you can. I had already chosen the TV that I wanted to buy but, despite several requests for support and 25 (twenty-five!) minutes of wait, nobody bothered to come and help. That's strange as the manager was leisurely chatting near the tills with the security guys, and most of other representatives where loitering around checking their mobiles, almost trying to avoid eye contact with customers... I decided to give up, and when leaving, I spoke to the manager, pointing out that they just lost +800£ of very easy revenue. He looked at me as if I was just a disturbance, telling me that "someone should have been there"... What a nice answer! When I then told him "I have shopped in many Currys in London, and I am sorry to say that this is the worst shop ever in terms of customer service. I hope you do not mind my straightforward feedback", he replied "No, I do not mind". That's the cherry on the cake, well done! You can see why the entire staff is so lousy...

Staff are not customer focused.i waited by the business centre trying to get the attention of staff for approximately 12 minutes. I eventually left and made a purchase elsewhere. Good location several buses stop within a minute walk.

About a week ago, I had bought two roblox gift cards at Currys Pc World but they sold the cards without activating them,and now they refuse to refund my money back or give me a different gift card.Because of their policies they ask me to contact the roblox, I contacted Roblox and they said: "The cards are not activated at the store". (Currys PC World BRIXTON Branch)so they can't do anything Now I have wasted £40, which had made me very disappointed. This is a total day light ripoff and four times I visited to the store regarding this but no improvements and total waste of time Be careful when you buy a GIFT CARDS from currys pc world.

Absolutely deplorable store. 0 staff available, 0 staff interested in helping customers. There were four customers waiting to be helped, and the staff just shrugged and said they would get to them as soon as possible. The devices are in shambles, shelves empty, boxes damaged and broken. It is the epitome of a waste of space, where you’re actually encouraged to leave.

Stores like these will very soon be out of business due to such a dated store experience and lack of staff customer service training. They couldn’t find items that their stock was showing in store. The staff didn’t seem to really care the inconvenience it caused have travelled from another store. They couldn’t find keys to store cupboards. Customers on the shop floor had no help and were having to go to the checkouts to get staff to come off the tills to help them with items. Generally a really bad store experience not just at this one but the same experience when I travelled to the next store. Understaffed and no live stock control or awareness. Better off using their online store, stay aware from here or prepared to leave angry.

The staff are not helpful A purchase of 60 inch TV was done and fully paid - BUT shockingly TV was never deliver till date- all effort to have TV traced through Currys delivery drive proved abortive. I advise members of the public to please stop patronage to Currys pc word in Brixton. Ref CC3872824 was give during repeated complaints- But good result todate.

This is exactly why the high street is falling. The few staff in store standing around talking to each other, no product knowledge. When I eventually spoke to a staff member was recommended to reserve online and collect in store so he didn't have to check stock himself. Amazon next time!

Went to buy a laptop and came out with a great deal! The staff member that attended me gave me great deals and reduced my overall charge by £200. Very knowledgeable and helpful. It did take some time but in the end I got what I came for at a great price.

Been waiting for someone to help. This stup*d electronic store is so useless! I asked a lady to help and she said rudely that I should wait someone in black to serve me, while I haven't seen anyone in black around that store except in the till! She said that she works in the warehouse so she cannot help. What an "amazing" experience, I have just wasted my time!! Will never ever recommend anyone to go to this store!

I went in today(2/2/19) to find out about and maybe buy some new headphones. The first two guys did not know anything at all about the products. They couldn't or wouldn't answer questions and I had to just stop one because he was talking like a stoned idiot and wasting my time. The third guy said he was going to find someone for me then never came back. Just walked around ignoring me. Total waste of time.

Didn't like my experience there went to buy a TV and was waiting to speak to the specialist in the TV section who was seeing another customer at the time. You have no manners and no respect and if that is the guy they have dealing with customers like that then he shouldn't be there! I think he was chatting up the woman instead of doing the correct thing and then the manager have the store had to sell me the TV in the end waited half an hour to speak to the guy til the store was about to close he didn't even say sorry for nothing.

I visited this shop because it said on their website that they would repair the cracked screen on my mobile phone. When I got there, they said that they would only repair it if I had bought it in the shop, in contrast to what their website says. As an added bonus, I was then directed by staff here to another branch of this chain who I was told were a “special repair centre” and would fix it for me. When I got there, they refused to repair the phone as well.

There were hardly any workers and the electronics that are shown in the shop are so expensive and there less than half of what you can find on their website so if your shopping here I recommend going online you will find more things for a more suitable price and if your struggling to choose you can call the place on your phone and ask questions.

Checking on their website for a product, it tells me that it is in stock and also on display at this branch. When I get there, I find it isn't on display, where is should be they have a different product but it has the price tag and discription label on the shelf of the one I want. When I'm finally able to get a member of staff to help me, I had to go around the store looking for one and eventually had to get the only member on the till to help as there were no staff on the actual shop floor, they tell me that the tag is on the shelf as a placeholder to remind them to get new stock and that they don't have the product in store. Unless this person sold all the particular hard drives that I wanted, that was listed as being on display and in stock in the space of 30 minutes from when I check the website to when I got to the store, how could they know they don't have any in stock when they never went to actually check? Are the staff really implying they know the stock levels of all their products off the top of their head? Or are they really not bothered to check as they need to get back to the tills since no other staff appear in the store. Either way it's a bad shopping experience due to lack of staff and bad management.

They Try to go for the hard sell too much, the store manager gets involved and tells blatant lies to make a sale. He couldnt even look me in the eye because he knew what he was saying was lies. Had the service in store to be served not been so slow and abysmal I wouldn't of had time to think of these additional concerns and questions about the product I was buying... they would of made a quick sale! I was passed through 3 members of staff just trying to purchase a TV.
