Refund take almost 2 hours instore during this epidemic moment. Really super slow service. They doing the same thing as us using phone call to curry cause no privilege to do anything, just so bad. You can call your own instead coming in.

Extremely poor customer service. Delivery is markedly delayed then the parclet is lost. You will not find anyone to contact to tell you about your package and the tracking is always not updated.

Worst service in here. Short stuff with no one to help. I've been in the store for over one hour trying to get a standard gas hob. Had to wait for 20 minutes queuing to return the previous gas hob that was mean to be the right size, after delivery it was the wrong size, then went to return after waiting for 20 minutes iwas told that I should go to the next till and queup again for 10 minute, then I was told to go and look for the right gas hob i need again,wich toke time to find someone to help getting the right gas hob. Then I had to qeu up again to get the to return the gas hob and pay again for the new one. After all they didn't have the ine I need on stock. This is a joke. I'll never ever go back to this store or use carrys for any appliance to buy in future

Waste of time going into the store. So few staff on duty so impossible to get any help finding a product you want. And if you are lucky to grab a staff member, then they’re badly educated on the products. To top it off, the store only has a handful of products so if you’re interested in viewing a specific make/model then it’s unlikely they’ll have it (especially if it is the current year model)

How Companies behave in difficult times shows their true values.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Have waited 3 weeks to have 2 appliances installed and paid up front. 2 deliveries were unsuccessful, the first as 'they could not park' the second as 'we had the wrong hinge for the fridge we ordered'. The third time they just left a Fridge/freezer and dishwasher in our living room having outsourced a delivery company to just drop them off without letting us know. Having paid for delivery, installation and recycling, we then had to pay someone else to install and another company to recycle which was all arranged the same day and incidentally cheaper as well. Turns out you can park and also a hinge can be moved in under 5 mins.By someone capable. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I have been calling every day and been on hold for over an hour to try and be refunded which I am still waiting for. Will now be forced to take legal action against this scam of a company. Do not make the same mistake and pass this on to anyone else that is considering ordering from them.

Looked for Samsung Tab 7. Total disaster. Outdated products on shelf, 2 - 4 generations behind actual like ups. To check if something is on stock need to queue at collection points Sales staff full of hollow phrasing w/o any clue. Avoid the place, order from Amazon.

During the Covid-19 tried to use the "contact free Drive Thru" it was terrible. Was waiting for over 1 hour and with nobody to help, I attempted to speak to the person at the door (whilst maintaining my distance) but was advised to wait in the car. I understand there will be a delay due to Covid, but an hour is an excessive time to wait being first in line.

Very happy this is a local store which is really big. I have generally been very happy with this store but this weekend I had the absolute worst customer service. I staff member came up to my to ask if I needed help. I told her what I needed and she walked off mumbled and then pretty much ignored me. I saw her helping other people as I waited about 20 more minutes for another staff member to be free. Disgusting. Other than this one girl, I've never been unhappy with the service here.

I went to pick up an item that I reserved at Currys, once I receive my package and I paid for the item. The guy at the till didn't show any respect, he placed 3 of my receipt on the table and left my package on the table as well walked away. The guy had no respect. He should of have stapled my receipts and puts my package in a bag with my receipt. Is that really good customer service??

Always frustrating and a waste of time. This time i was sent to another shop with 4 in stock. There were none. Last time I was delivered a dishwasher the delivery man knew was damaged. Customer Service, they wouldn't change it though and openly admitted they are terrible. Massive understatement. Only reliable comment I've heard from them.

Great shop and Custer service. I had a router issue, and they dealt with it well, getting me a new one. Nice staff and TVs and stereos to look at too. A range of cables that actually work (unlike cheaper Amazon and pound land ones which break). Top points too for not leaving their doors jammed open in winter or using excessive air con!

I have been shopping in this store for many years. Their customer service has been always outstanding. Last week, it took me a long time to find a sales person once I made my decision. I even saw one customer walking away from the store hungrily as she could not find anyone to help. Finally, Ken came to my rescue in a very professional manners. He was apologetic, calm, I was stressed. By the time the order was completed, I was very grateful to Ken. Ken actually saved the day with my dealing with Currys PC World. Thank you Ken for your great service.

My lesson learnt today: Don’t order online and try to price match in store. Not only do the staff working in the support team make it very difficult, they actually make you feel awkward, bad and cheap for trying to do a price match. Collection team: Very efficient and professional However the Repair and Support team, that’s a different story. I was told to speak to a member of the support team to sort out the price match refund. The staff that dealt with me didn’t have their staff badges on and was patronising me with their excuses of not being able to do price matches with online retailers (Amazon) . I showed them proof that it was acceptable and the retailer was not third party but they was still reluctant to try and process this refund. The staff kept trying to pass the issue over to each other with none willing to try help. They acted unprofessionally by joking with each other to “just give her the money, out of your own pocket” Eventually the manager (Narayan) was called over to deal with the issue but even he kept passing it on to other colleagues back and forth. The entire process started from 19:25pm and was finally resolved at 19:40pm. The value of the refund no longer mattered and I was eager to leave the store. I wasn’t impressed by the attitude and behaviour. I’m actually quite upset to be honest, in the whole process I was made to feel like I was in the wrong and should be ashamed and embarrassed for even pursuing my customer rights. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to curry’s. Also, word of advice, if you are trying to do a click and collect in store for a price match. Don’t bother, their technique is to deter you by shaming you.

Hopeless service, walked around the shop for 15mins looking confused while staff stood around chatting an gossiping. Then rudely dismissed when I went over to ask a VERY simple question over if an item is stocked. If this is the kind of service pcworldcurrys offers, its going down!!

Members of staff very helpful and friendly, they'll pretty much solve all your doubts about a product. I recommend going there on a Sunday or a weekday as Saturdays get very busy and you won't get the same experience.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was standing there for 15 minutes trying to find someone to help with an item I was interested in(a samsung watch). The Carphone Warehouse staff were chatting away as if I was not there. I also planned to buy sony headphones, but curry's staff didn't seem to want to help either. Long story short... I left the store without buying a thing.
