Unhelpful halfHalf... Just brought a bulb, explained I was going to do it myself and asked kindly whether they could spare me ONE glove... She just looked at like me last me i was stupid and just rudely replied no we don't have gloves.... Come on...! Your all wearing gloves... I just spent quite a bit of cash and you couldn't spare ONE... Had I of paid for fitting the bulb would you have replaced my bulb without one? No... Probably not... For that I'll go europarts from now on! #rude #nocompassion #learntobenice!

Usually woefully understaffed. Last week, I spent 5-10 min's waiting for someone to appear at the parts desk at the back. I went to the checkout to find two queues, stretching back to the main doors. When I asked if anyone was working on the parts desk, I was told, in a rather blunt way, 'no'.
Avoid, unless you know they have what you want, where it is in the store, and it's very early.

I didn't have any service, I tried the ring them up to book something for my car. I tried all the extensions but with no luck, I held on for ages. They must be so popular that they don't need my business. Cheers.

Appalling customer service. Waited 20 mins In line just to wait another 20 for bulbs to be fitted. Was treated like an unwanted customer by the fitter called sash.
