I normally don't write negative reviews but today how i am treated is made me so angry that i am writing this review
I went to get a passenger side mirror i clearly said that i needed a glass for Vaxuall Vectra
I tried to fit it on and it did not work when i called back and advised the shop they said they heard it as Astra but they will not be refunding the money because i have opened the product
i have advised the shop that i am not the expert and if you give me the wrong product than you should accept your mistake and refund the money
i will be making complain to the relevant authority as it not just about money its the principal
I would not recommend this shop to any one and the people who own it does not know how to do business properly
