I always buy when there is an offer. Amazing prices when you get the online offers. Unfortunately their Oil prices are way too high and even with the massive 45% off deals is still higher than elsewhere. Highly recommended if you buy at the right time/deal/offer.

Great service. Very helpful over the phone (price was better than the website). Once I got there and paid, my new battery was carried out to the car for me.

Slowest service, in the.............. WORLD!¡!
Parts shown on the website are not so easily identified so you sometimes have to order then come to store to see it once it arrives couple days after, usually next day. My headlight was the wrong one but I didn't know what it looked like as the website didn't have any pictures and they didn't have one in store to show me. So I did waste bit of time to be fair.

Eurocarparts have made me wait for over a month for an online delivery and have to wait 2 hours to speak to their customer service that don’t have a clue, you would thing after waiting so long they would sort it.
I got told to go to a store where social distancing is impossible because of the layout and set up of the company
Shocking treatment of customers you could order something from China and get it before anything from eurocarparts

Got a new manager there now
Answering the phones take an average of 15mins they put you on hold with the song and message playing (check us first before calling dealer )I get better service from dealership than you
They let some good staff go
And the branch went down hill from there
