They have got a new manager he don’t even know how to do his job properly his name is Nahin the worst branch in history also all the staff are untrained, the person at the till is always using the phone overall I will not be visiting this place again it is rubbish wouldn’t recommend to anyone

WORST SERVICE EVER, ORDERED PARTS FROM BOW CALL CENTRE URGENTLY, WAS MEANT TO BE DELIVERED STRAIGHT AWAY AS WE ARE 5 MINUTES AWAY FROM THEM, AND WAS TOLD IT WILL BE, 2 HOURS LATER, STILL NO SIGN OF THEM, WHEN WE RANG BOW CALL CENTRE BACK, THEY SAID THEY FORGOT.
THE CALL CENTRE STAFF DONT HAVE ANY MANORS, VERY RUDE AND BACKWARD MENTALITY. EUROPARTS NEED TO SACK ALL THE CALL CENTRE STAFF FROM BOW IF THEY WANT TO IMPROVE BUSINESS AND SERVICE.

Poor customer services and this location the individual that served me looked like he don't want to come into work, but was coerced to do so.
I had gone in to buy DPF cleaner, the individual behind the till was not helpful whatsoever.
Apart from that it was my first time that I had gone to EuroCarParts and the experience was just OK.

I just called up and I was spoken rudely and put on hold.
When I did speak to a rude member of staff I decided not to go there and buy from someone else.
What a disgrace in customer service.
