Have used this company since 2015. I've had engine work done, bought plenty of items such as injectors, EGR valves, exhausts, BMW badges, lights you name it. Work done was great. Parts were all OEM/original BMW. Everything you need regarding BMW is there.
I don't understand some of the comments here - if you've found a part cheaper elsewhere, then buy it there. It's easy to compare prices so you know whether you want new or used. Go in looking for the exact part and you'll know whether they've got it or not.
I've never had a problem with these guys, in fact, they've gone above and beyond a number of times to get parts for me or to get work done for me. And bear in mind, it is a garage-y type place so you can't expect the same level of service as you'd get say in a shop. I've never experienced rudeness - but you get what you give.

tried to phone this morning about some parts, i was dialing the no shown on their website, but as soon as it started to rang they'd hang up. so i tried a few times and gave up. half an hour later, i got a cal "YOU CALLED", and i said sorry say that again, and she went again"YOU CALLED" as if shes my mother or sister, with a very very very rude tone of voice, so i just hang up as i found her very rude. then she called me back again, and this time she said"BMW SPARES HERE WE MISSED A CALL FROM YOU" and my reply was sorry i did not miss call you, number one you were cutting me off, didnt let the phone rang once, and also i dont like your attitude on the phone so im gona hang up and dont call me back. now i keep getting text messages saying good morning and all sorts. these people have employed very very very very bad people with bad attitude. stay away from them, trheres loads of bmw spares around. stay away

complete rip off .. tried charging me double the amount for parts needed for my car such as
camshaft eurocarparts 150 she charged 250, engine mounts ebay 30 she charges 80 , etc more parts
plus lady owner .. cant trust what ever she says.
