Great experience here. They offered us a deal which couldnt be matched in the whole of London. We sent a electric pas rack to them when nobody else was helping us out, we could not find a suitable replacement used or new. They gave us a discount & the repairs carried out were to a high standard & done on the agreed time. They even stayed late so we could come & collect the part. Recently took my car in as needed a new exhaust John was very efficient and very professional he was able too accommodate my car on the same day. Attention to detail is key and while my car was in John noticed I had an oil leak and was able to fix this also. I would recommend this garage and John for such a great friendly service.

I’ve used the services of this company before when they rebuilt my steering box for my BMW E31 8 series back in 2016. I was very pleased with the service back then. On this occasion I had issues with a faulty steering rack on a BMW F21 1 series. When I called the company the staff were very polite and helpful on the phone. My car was booked in promptly for repairs and when I arrived at the workshop I was greeted by John who I believe is the manager. John was very polite and humble and had a great friendly attitude. He listened to all the issues I raised regarding my vehicle. John explained to me step by step the procedure or process for repairs etc. During the next few days staff kept me Up to date on the progression of work being carried out to my vehicle.
I also received a video message which showed in detail what damage had been done to the steering rack on my vehicle and John explained what was needed to be done to rectify the damage and how much it would cost.
Staff were very honest and transparent throughout the whole process and I ended up paying much less than what I was originally quoted. BIG THANK YOU!
The Turn around time was very fast and I literally ended up saving nearly £2000 pounds with Power Steering Services . As usual BMW main dealer was not very helpful and had quoted me a ridiculous amount to replace the rack.
I’ve owned this car from new and knew what to expect. On the day I went to collect my car my self and John went for a test drive. I couldn’t fault anything as the steering felt brand new again! Tight like a tiger! BIG THANK YOU

The pollen filter on a Renault Grand Scenic MK3 is a tough job and I have not seen even the main dealers change this as it involves too much labour. They either claim they have changed it, (and of course charge the customers a fortune) when in fact they haven't even the opened the cover, or the customer finds it cost prohibitive. Thanks to John, I had my pollen filters changed for the first time :) Great customer service, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

The service at Power Steering Services UK, was Excellent, the staff were knowledgeable and showed and talked me through the problems with my car ( Green Volkswagen Beetle).
They managed to fit me in at short notice, and wasn’t to over priced like most garages, that I went to for the same problems.
I will be referring and recommending them to friends, family and work colleagues.

On arrival I was greeted by Cassie - Very charming and lovely individual. We had spoke prior to arrival, and she advised me on pricing and timing, which was spot on.
John was very amiable & informatic of the problem my vehicle was facing at the time, and really went the extra mile to complete the task within the time frame. Still working even after the business had closed, which I found to be very delightful. The dedication and passion towards work was very noticeable.
Would STRONGLY recommend to use this Garage - some garages seem to tell you 101 other problems with your car and expect more money, but Power Steering was excellent! Never normally write reviews but after the experience, I felt obliged to express the pleasant service I received and recommend as many people as possible.

Under new management. John is superb and a real gentleman. He is an experienced mechanic, he has repaired my cars over many years (Golf, Jazz, Qashqai) and now taken over this business. As a female car owner I've always found John is honest, he never does work without your approval and shows you what is actually wrong on the car. He is very reasonable and I recommend him to all my female friends because he doesn't recommend work on your car that isn't needed. Definitely give him a try.

The power steering on my BMW Z4 (2007) intermittently kept dropping out. Power Steering Services were able to supply a reconditioned steering column, something that the previous garages I tried were unable to do (with a warranty). Very efficient and fair value. I would definitely recommend them.
