I can honestly tell you that you will NOT find a better Auto Detail business. You can drop it off or they can pick up your vehicle and bring it back to you at your own home or business. I called and asked for Bill at 888WASHSLM and you’ll be so pleased ! I know I am.

What can I say that hasn't already been said !! . This is now our 3rd order with Slim's Detailing and are now our 1st to go to for all our detailing supplies , we have had a mixture of products from a number of brands and have been really impressed with quality and range available from stock. Outstanding service by the courier !! By far the best we have had wish all couriers where like this - 5 stars all round.

Ended up having to buy another backing plate elsewhere as the microfibres cutting pads I bought were listed as 5.5" but were in fact 5" (front and back) Took about 12 emails with their customer service for them to accept it was an issue on their end, a day later I noticed they changed the advert on the website.. no apology or any resolution other than send it all back at my own expense. Definately need to work on the customer service side of things, otherwise great products.

Went to place an order and applied a discount code for very first order and the discount code was denied. e mailed Slims and a response came back with what are you trying to order as not everything is discounted. I replied back with a copy of the check out cart and never heard another thing from them. Plenty of other firms out there willing to help so I will not be using or looking at Slims site again.

Ended up paying more elsewhere - Products that were listed as "in stock" were not and so a pointless drive to collect an incomplete order. Sadly this isn't the first time this has happened to me with this company - but it will be the last!

We have been regular customers since Sept 2018 and can honestly say that they are brilliant! We place an order with them almost every month. The variety and pricing is great, it is easy to place an order and the delivery is very quick. Their trade account is also superb, can always easily access the invoices whenever. Having made my order a few days ago, which I received very quickly, I noticed I was incorrectly sent one of my items. Being that this products branding is so similar to its other items, its a very easy mistake to make. I called up and spoke to a brilliant chap called Nathan who sorted the issue out immediately. Im being sent the correct item which will arrive next day. Really can't ask for more than that. Top service from Nathan and Slims. Will 100% be ordering my detailing gear from here from now on. Brought rupes mark III in February and already stopped working rang these and they said its not coverd on 3 things they mainly stop working for. So I brought new bushes from them still did not work so they wanted me to send it off to be fixed at a cost to me. I just brought the machine you would think it be covered for at lest a year on anything especially the prices I will not be using slim detailing anymore

Love these guys been using them for my business since 2017. I moved away and order online. I missed a delivery I called slims and I had my parcel within 2 hours! Brilliant service, brilliant guys and fantastic stock of products. What these guys don't know isn't worth knowing for sure.

My first order to Belgium came in 5 days with that's fast surely in these times.
Products are great , prices and product range are the best.
The only remark I have is that my order status didn't mentioned it was shipped. Don't know if that's normal would be good if I had a tracking nr
But anyway I recieved my order and will buy in the future also .

First time I've used Slim's and it's not going to be my last.
I'm new to all this detailing stuff, so a lot of materials I look for are mainly other's recommendations. Some products were proving too expensive or just quite hard to find. Not anymore! The choice and selection at Slim's is mind blowing. As to the price guarantee, speaking for the product's I required they were the cheapest price I found and at the very least price matched anywhere else I looked. Delivery, fast, free and tracked. Recieved my order complete and extremely well packed. As soon as I save some pocket money, I will be back for more. Thank you all @ Slim's, from one happy customer.

I've been using Slims Detailing for nearly 3 years now. (The trade account is excellent for those doing detailing/valeting full-time.) Slims stock an excellent range of products for good prices, they are always very helpful on the few occasions I have phoned them and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone!

Fantastic service from Slim's detailing. Ordered a product from the website. Order was shipped with APC, and APC messed up the delivery - Slim's sent another order out straight away and it arrived promptly after the initial hiccup with APC. They even threw in some goodies, which wasn't necessary as the issue wasn't their fault! Will definitely be ordering more products from them in the future.

Friendly staff willing to look after you and go the extra mile. They are also knowledgeable and recommend products that they've used themselves rather than blindly recommending what others say. Great stock levels on hand and being so close I prefer to collect, this also means you can actually get a feel for the products rather than looking at a stock image. Absolutely fantastic! I can't believe I've been visiting the area for years and not known about this place. It's heaven for a detailer and is my new favourite shop!
I was thrilled to see the amount and variety of stock on offer. I was offered assistance and I asked for a bit of advice on cutting pads. After taking a look at my 6-series I was offered 5* advice (which worked) and non-pushy product guidance and, an introduction to a new shampoo which I had never heard of (which is amazingly good).
Friendly, helpful and massively knowledgeable service - Halfords has lost a customer and Slim's has gained a new one.

Ordered many times online and only recently did I know there was a shop in Enfield which is really near to me, the orders have always been spot on and on time delivery, good prices and always have items in stock, offers are always there too, and upon visiting the shop, lovely staff who are always willing to have a chat with you, give you advice and help out, so well recommended you order from slims detailing.
