Got sent from Woodford branch as they had parts in stock here but when I got there they can't find my account an there prices more expensive here the other gsf brunch, waste of time, if u want to save your self the headache please go to euro car parts shop prices are always the same, unlike gsf here

First time used this place for click and collect of some spark plugs.
I waited in the queue for about 10 minutes and when it was my turn. The guy whose after me talking on the phone shouts to the cashier about some order and the cashier starts to deal with him notebtaking any notice of me.
I had to argue with the cashier to serve me. Very rude customer service. Just because they know someone they think its okay to serve them before other people in the queue.

Was served by a member of staff called THE. I have to say his customer service was amazing. He was every polite and well spoken. Once he found the part I needed for my car, he suggests I order it online and use the click and collect option. He saved me over £30 which I was really happy about. He even said to bring it back with the receipt if it's the wrong part.
Honestly left the shop feeling like a valued customer. He delivered what I call old skool customer service which you don't see anymore. Will be definitely going back due to the level of customer service I received.

I have ordered a part from online was the wrong part so I went to this place to replace them with the right one they said I have to send it back to Birmingham branch they would not take it there and its not good at all I dont have time to go around and post it back to them so they can refund my money its a poor service never order online with gsf cat parts its so poor service

I normally don't leave negative feedback unless i have to. I normally visit the store without any issues before Covid-19 happen. I visited last week to collect item that I ordered to collect at store, I did extensive investigation on the website before I did click and collect order just incase it only open for key workers however no information was supplied and was open for general public. I arrived 10 minutes before closing only to be told that I need to come following day as they are only serving key people and that had no staff, with the till being closed. He was very keen not to serve me but only the person in front of me. Now it being 10mins before closing i only arrived to collect a pre ordered part which should only have taken five minutes to complete. I had to leave the store and call the manager to complain and after enough arguing he reluctant to let me collect the part if I arrived just before closing. Which was less than 5min. I believe this worker was being rude and lazy to not serve me, i do understand you want to go home but as it was still 10mins before closing you should have served me instead of making me rush back. The manager wasn't too polite and insisting that i misheard his colleague with no apology or explanation just denying that fact his colleague didn't want to serve me. I understand that Covid-19 is happening and they are overwork and tired but that still doesn't give them excuses to treat customers poorly. Thankfully my next visit was how I should have been in and out with no complications. Definitely going to be rethinking about visiting this store again.

Refunded an item but, did not get my money back. Few weeks later, I was told over the phone that they deducted money on my neighbour account and refunded me the rest. Con artists with distinction. Moreover, their service is bad and prices much higher than their competitors. Avoid ordering from them at any cost or, you are throwing your money down the drain
