Not sure how they run this business. Spoke with them twice over the phone about avability- confirmed as ready for collection on the shelf- arriving at the counter and it is not there.. Twice exactly the same story for same part... They may be better with trade customers but don't seem to care about private customers. Nice staff at the counter tho, just useless in mycase.

the google website says that its open till 4pm on Saturday. Turned up at 1.39 and its closed. Spoke to them on the phone earlier, didnt mention this. Waste of time.
