These guys lost my bike for 1 year . Happy to change this review to 5 stars if you replace what you lost so far no joy
Update :They wanted to charge me storage for a bike they lost .. No luck with the customer service team both on the phone and Direct massage. I have to write to the MD to escalate. Halford Enfiled has always been a great place to buy bikes. The new Manger is not customer focused At all

I came to have the free 5 point check that was listed on Halfords website. The guy who checked and fixed my car, his name is Kenny, was very polite and amazingly helpful. I was very pleased with the service. Kenny was very patient enough to listen to my questions and gave me all the right advice I needed. Very very pleased. My experience with this guy today was more than satisfactory. I have read a some bad reviews on website regarding Halfords service, but Halfords are doing a great job in helping customers get the service they need. If we get treated with satisfactory service we will always come back. Well done Halfords. Big thank you for Kenny.

Very friendly staff in this branch. Rachael and Andy really know their stuff about bikes. Also there was a young lady I can’t remember her name, she was really friendly, patient and took with care every customer. The mechanic at the back - young boy, very friendly and he made my bike look as good as new.
Highly recommend to go there, your bike will be in safe hands.

The Halfords team member who served me was very polite and courteous. He appeared to be working on his own and it took slightly longer than I expected to collect my bike. He was knowledgeable and experienced in the service he provided. I would recommend buying your bike from Halfords but I think Halfords should ensure adequate staff to serve customers.

As helpful as could be !
Came in at 5:40pm (shuts at 6) and they helped me work out how to remove and replace my rear bulb on an Octavia estate which isn't immediately obvious.
I even made things worse by paying for the wrong bulb too at first.

I had a problem with the coolant in my car. I visited Halford’s Enfield at approximately 9am on an extremely wet Saturday morning.
The assistant on the desk took my details and the mechanic was with me almost immediately. A mimi- check was done on my car £15 and coolant purchased. The service I received was excellent and I was home by 9.30 am with my confidence in my car restored.
I would recommend this service to everyone.

Great experience first time visiting this store. However second time I came to pick up a collection order, there was a huge long queue. I did not know why there was a queue as there were no members of staff outside to ask and no signs anywhere. Waited over 10 minutes in the queue before someone came out to count and ask people what they were there for. The store was practically empty when I went in. I really have no idea what the queue was for or why I had to queue. Terrible communication.

As always a good selection , parking pleasant staff.
Just now you have to queue up on a one in one out basis so 15mins for me to get in to buy an inner tube for my boys bike.
Surely a better system could be put in place as we've had a year of the pandemic to put something better in place.

I was very happy with my experience last Saturday at Halfords Enfield. I had a slow puncture on my bike front wheel and to my surprise it was fixed instantly for me by a female member of staff on the shop floor called Rachael. In the past I have had to wait or come back or book an appointment to get my bike fixed at this store. I have to say that the time I visited the store was important: I left at 9.58am on Saturday morning and there was quite a queue of people behind me then whereas I only had to wait a few minutes to be attended to when I entered the store, maybe around 9.40am.

I had a great experience at Halfords of Enfield. I bought a new car battery: the differences in batteries was explained to me so that I could choose. It was fitted immediately, and the service was courteous and efficient. Highly recommend them.

Have to say I had the nicest experience to date in halfords enfield when I collected an online order, the guy was friendly and helpful and that is definitely not what I'm used to. Will use the store again rather than shop elsewhere and hope I'm served by the same helpful person. Customer service goes a long way and no need for the attitude of some.

Gentleman who served me twice on different occasions was very friendly and polite. He was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with, directed me to the correct power steering oil giving me the correct information that I needed for my purchase. Hopefully he is there when I next go in store.

Absolutely awful service, Me and my son went to take my bike to get serviced. We gave them the bike and went to get a coffee, when we came back we were told to wait outside because there were too many people upstairs witch is understandable. We waited in the freezing cold for an hour and ten minutes while there were only three people up there, We repeatedly asked the lady outside to ask if the man up there could bring it down, she denied us every time and laughed nervously which just got annoying. When we finely got upstairs, the man informed us that he could have brought it down about half an hour ago. He then proceeded to take the bike away for another 20 minutes just to bring it back to tell us that he couldn't do the repairs there and we would have to drive it to Tottenham to get it fixed. We are very disappointed with such a reputable company.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Anthony and the blades were fitted and worked.
However in fairness to him and the reason I gave you 4 stars, is because he at first gave me the wrong
front blades. This was Toyota’s fault as they give the wrong info on their website and this is an ongoing
problem Bearing in mind you must fit a great many YARIS, may I suggest you contact Toyota and inform
them of their mistake. This would help Antony and the team plus Halfords in acquiring 5 stars.

Used click and collect....easy to order online, and was kept informed of progress of my order. Got a text when it was ready and went to the Enfield store. Helpful staff directed me the pick-up point, and was served very quickly. Good COVID safety measures in place, so felt safe. All-in-all, positive shopping experience for items required!

I visited Halfords in Enfield because one of my headlights needed changing, waited no more than 5 minutes and once in store was served within 10 minutes. I needed to have the headlight changed by a member of staff he was very friendly and it was all done in 10 minutes and I was on my way I would recommend and I will be using again.

I went into collect my new cycling shoes and I then asked Jay and Costa if they could assist me if possible with applying the cleats to my new shoes and changing my current pedals to clip in pedals. They both without hesitation were very keen to help out. They were both knowledgeable and skillful and very helpful. I am new to road cycling and the pedals but they were able to safely attach the cleats to my new shoes and I was able to ride home with ease. They were very keen and went above and beyond to help as they didnt have to help me out. My experience overall was a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend someone to come to this branch.

7pm at night, around 6 members of staff in the shop but had to queue for 15mins because only one till open with a difficult customer causing delays, staff refused to open another till. When I finally get to the front of the line I am told that I need to go elsewhere to collect my click and collect order. No sign of anybody at that desk, I am told by another member of staff to wait. After standing waiting another 5 minutes I decided to go behind the counter and collect my own item which I had already paid for and take it back to the front till. After all of this the cashier at the front desk asked for my email for a receipt, he also signed me up to Halfords marketing without notifying me or asking permission. Absolute joke of a store.

I went to the store to buy a crook lock for my car. The staff were excellent. They offered advice about the different products and when I was unsure which one wold best suit me and my car they suggested we go and try them. The salesman was friendly, professional and very patient while I tried 3 or 4 different products before deciding which one to buy. Well done Halfords - Excellent service with a smile.

We had a very good experience at Halfords. It was closing time and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The lady at the till was kind and helpful and the young guy who was bringing in products from outside for closure really helped us a lot with sourcing a steering wheel lock for our new car. Purchased replacement wipers for my wife’s Hyundai windscreen
When I got home and opened the packet, it contained two old well used wipers
Obviously someone had bought and returned them previously and had replaced the new wipers with the old pair they were replacing.
Cannot totally blame Halfords but they should have checked and so will I do in the future for any purchases from Halfords
