Purchased in ebay and ready immediately. I had to wait while the store staff dealt with other customers and the 5 stars goes to the member of staff who served me and acknowledged the wait and apologised without question.... Great service.

After the renovation its a great store, without contactless suprisingly enough however the lines can grow long due to the low amount of staff on tills even the "fast...whatever" order line grows long. But I still recieved quite good service.

If you're here to furnish your apartment, try IKEA first. For first time visitors, you can't physically view the item in the store - you find it via the iPad and then wait around until they pick up the product for you.
