Been coming here a while now, not had any issues whatsoever! Sorin and his assistant have been excellent for me Professional and good quality I recommend

My son has a real fear of dentist he went and had a tooth extraction and was really pleased with how it went. Hes even going back to have more dental work.

Disgusting attitude they cancelled three of my sons appointments and then booked an appointment without asking me. Which I cancelled when they phoned me up to “remind” me. Now that they have de-registered my son because he did not attended for a year. Even though every time we try to book we are told no appointments. The extremely rude receptionist then accused me of lying and hung up on me I am disgusted at this service!!

Very Polite Staff and my dentist/dental nurse (cant remember their names) were very accomodating and extremely kind people. I hadn't been to the dentist for 4years, too afraid to face it but signed up for this dental practice and had an appointment within a few weeks. Safe to say I'll be coming back for regular check ups and if I have any problems!

This is the best dentist by far. My previous dentist had me too nervous to go back. This dentist is friendly and also does everything to make you feel comfortable and painless! Absolutely brilliant

I’ve been calling them since February and they are always saying to try at the end of the month because they don’t take new patients. I called them again today and when I asked “what’s happening as I’m calling you for three months now?” The lady on the phone started to talk with superiority even sarcastically with me and then she asked me what doctor I would like to see and when I told her witch one she said:” right he’s fully booked and he’s not taking new patients!” I don’t think that’s the way to talk with people so we are definitely looking for another clinic. ☹️☹️

Tidy clinic with polite staff and professional dentists. they fixed me an appointment quite late to respect my work commitments. The nurse welcomed me in a friendly and nicely manner and I felt comfortable straight away. The surgery was fine and the Italian dentist (Roberta) made a very good job without scaring me and explaining me what they were doing. Very satisfied! I will definitely go again

Hi, I am currently putting in a formal complaint against Dentist Resa Naimah. I was booked in for a check up a paid appointment and when I asked about teeth clean he seemed to be angry. I just got a feeling of hostility authority and control as he seemed to get very upset I asked the question but it was a simple question and I asked in a acceptable manor. I am the customer who is paying so I should be able to ask! I think maybe he has an authority issue because he proceeded to call the receptionists who gave me misleading information to put her in a hostile moment to then speak harsh and tell her she gave the wrong information and on midsts of her confirming she gave me the wrong information he said I am abusive and doesn’t want to see me the relationship is broken! NO! He felt silly in the fact he thought I was Lying and he didn’t realise it was a paid appointment! I was telling the truth and was so calm abot it! In conjunction to this mess He was late for the appointment and This is his behaviour! Unacceptable! He Was SO angry for what reason I don’t know why because I didn’t say anything wrong. This is two members of staff who both gave me misleading information so really the angry should have been left until my appointment was over also it felt very akward and it seemed as if the deletions it felt ashamed whe. Being called out which again could have been left I ol the appointment was over! So I’m thinking ok he’s gotten over it after the receptionist confirmed she gave me the wrong information but NO he said I’m Abusive and disrespectful? This man is a defiant and chooses to use such disgusting words for what! I asked the dentist assistant if she agreed she didn’t! He is a sad sorry excuse for a dentist with issues with women culture and authority! I am a patient and entitled to ask questions so I am unsure as to why he then proceed to say I need to leave the chair calling me abusive disrespectful and all other types of names which made me very I am looking about a formal complaint with the department for health and also with the ride risks dental practices branches! I would like a formal complaint put in about this dentist through HR As I’m no letting this slide I think his attitude is awfulll! Resa Naimah. You will not get away with this! I have started a formal Complaint with department of health and also Waiting to see how the dental practice handle this mans disgusting behaviour

Staff polite but they have been recently short staffed in terms of dentists. Appointments are cancelled regularly and then it’s at least another month before they can get you in again.

Just had to cancel my appointment for 6 months check I made a new appointment then I was informed that if I keep cancelling appointments I will be taken of the list, I made this appointment 6 months ago you cannot predict what will happen onthe day, I've been with this dentist since it opened, I'm left feeling very disappointed

The people working there seem nice, but i've been waiting for a refund for over 3 months. I don't understand why or who's in charge of this but it seems completely unprofessional.

Firstly- the dentist advised me wrongly and i was charged way above what i needed to be. (Went to another dentist) Secondly- they won't tell you if they are running hours behind so you'll find yourself waiting without any information Thirdly- because their service was so bad and they did not take responsibility, i did not want to continue there and requested a refund of £137 that was taken a week BEFORE​ the actual service and they accepted to process it. Fourth- two weeks on and they have not refunded or answered their phone or answered my emails for my refund. Fifth- if you call them when they're supposed to be open (it is now 2pm and their phone line is closed) they'll greet you with an automated message with no further options. They have not been reliable, they take advantage of vulnerable customers and give FALSE information and charge you ridiculous amounts. They will lie to you about payment options. Please do not come to this practice, completely unprofessional and I'm yet to be refunded!!!

Had a tooth extracted today and the dentist who dealt with me was very kind and reassuring, he helped me remain calm and didnt cause any pain during the procedure, very nice dental practise and staff very nice too.

Disgusting staff stood outside automatic doors smoking and gettimg in the way then put her dimp out on wall and flicked into car park. Left me agomy when i was registered there after foing in with no pain at all. To be homest the trampy actioms of the staff today have bothered me more walking through with two kids to get a face full of smoke nasty!

Made an appointment for my girlfriend and I. Turn up, apparently there is no appointment and they're not taking on new patients. What is going on!?!

DR Siron Treated me - has a poor communication , he made me feel no confidence or trust on his treatment , he did not treat me with care and no respect - the practice have no complaint procedure , i have complaint but the centre ignored my complaint
