My wife highly recommended this dentist to me, my wife see Emily, she did see someone else but she put my wife in more pain then she was in at the time, so she changed to Emily, so I went with Emily and my wife right, Emily is amazing friendly, gentle, caring and kind ???? Amy the receptionist is top credit to the dentist Practice, without realising any goes out her way to help you in every way possible, Amy is bubbling, kind,caring, so understanding, explains everything better, friendly, always happy, smiley, if it wasn’t for my wife telling me how fantastic Emily and Amy are in the dentist I wouldn’t of gone in there, my wife was right 10/10 to Amy and Emily, I’m so great full that I’ve finally find a dentist I can trust and a receptionist that is t rude and so miserable, so I will give my wife that one she was right ???? thank you my dentist for having amazing staff. Keep up what your doing Emily and Amy x

On their website it says 'new patients welcome'. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very rude and said they are not taking new patients. Please be nice to your patients.

My six monthly visited to my dental surgeon is a pleasant experience considering I’m a gagger and not the easiest patient to deal with, my time at the surgery starts with pleasant reception staff who greet me with a smile and a greeting. Meeting the surgeon for me can send me running for it but I have good confidence in mine, she is gentle and always explains the procedure she is carrying out and always get the best results from me by relaxing into the treatment

My dentist lady Emily is lovely and gentle, Amy the receptionist is amazing she goes above and beyond to help you out, Amy is kind,caring,very friendly, welcoming, very chatty which is very good when your nervous ???? 10/10 and above with Emily and Amy, friendly dentist, thank you x

Terrible service. my mum was in so much pain and told her they can't book her in for 3 months. They had appointments available with other staff it seems. They try to book asian clients with asian staff it seems....what difference does it make, we just needed a extraction done asap ?. The receptionist came across disrespectful and bad angry tone of voice. If your asian look for a different surgery as receptionist will be against you....i know a few asian people who had very bad experience with receptionist. stay away

Dr James won me over rather quickly which is unusal for ne as i am petrified of a dentist but he sure has a load of confidence and knowledge on diabetes and showed my my teeth and explained all the procedures he was doing. I will definitely go back to him again. Thank you Dr James.

This dentist is excellent. The staff are happy friendly and professional. Nellie is my dentist and she is so patient and reassuring. I have a phobia to attending the dentist and she has helped my extremely to overcome my anxieties.
Jo on reception is always happy professional yet has the skill to make you feel she is your friend. Kim the manager is warm welcoming and always has time for patients. The whole practice is nice clean and all the staff are lovely.

Have had years of great care from Graham Wilkinson who without doubt one of the best Dentists I’ve ever been to. Has great patient care and very thorough in his job.
The receptionists are always really helpful and do a great job - especially Jo who is a real star.
Saw Vishali this week for a checkup and she was great to. Very caring and thorough.

As an NHS patient I have been treated like a second class citizen and sent home in pain. I was told my failed root canal could be done much better with superior equipment which they have but is not available to NHS patients.
They also send the satisfaction questionnaire to select patients only so if you express your dissatisfaction they will not include you. That's how they keep their customer satisfaction ratings up.

I don't usually write reviews but after receiving some excellent work and help by Mike Twamley. I feel like I want to. I was really nervous about having a root canal on my tooth, but Mike was really supportive and caring. He made the treatment really easy for me and I felt totally relaxed throughout. I now have a pain-free tooth and have actually gained some confidence in seeing dentists again as well!
If you need a root canal, trust me, see Mike!

I am very concerned about my visit tomorrow, after calling to confirm my appointment I was asked to arrive 40 mins earlier than my appointment, when I explained that wouldn't be possible due to transport, I was asked why I wasn't referred to somewhere closer? I found this strange but carried on with the call and asked for the public transport information to which I was told the personal transport information of the "lady" on the phone " I don't catch the bus" I suggested that the last person I had spoken to had been very helpful to which she responded "I will be doing your X-ray" I found this very threatening as a nervous patient. Very unprofessional.

Awful service. Appointments cancelled three times. The one time they did manage to keep my appointment it was suggested I turn up early as they would be able to see me before my appointment time. Ended up waiting 30 minutes past my original time. Rude reception staff. And couldn't even spell my name right. Don't bother.

Disgusting lack of service and the staff are clueless. Had my appointment changed 3 times and never been informed until I turned up for the original appointment. They accused me of making it up until I produced there appointment card written by the very same person who was argueing with me. Oh there must be a computer error then was the next attempt to cover up there mistakes....my teeth have had to be repaired at another dentist since due to the bodge they did..
