First time visiting the practice, receptionists are lovely and polite, as a nervous and anxious person Anisha was absolutely lovely made me feel calm, comfortable and relaxed couldn't of asked for a better dentist, her assistant was also lovely and made conversation which was lovely... I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone and also prices are affordable and reasonable... Thank you MyDentist Bramcote you are all amazing xxx

Good practice. Needed an appointment quickly as I hadn’t registered at a closer practice since I moved house and was able to get in the same day on private plan which was great and the price was reasonable as not that much more than standard nhs. Staff are friendly and make appointments very comfortable.

Visited mydentist at Bramcote today and both Kev and Daisy made my time there relaxing. Daisy and Kev were very knowledgeable about all the treatment available and explained everything step by step. Booked my next appointment there and then. So happy.

I am very happy with my dentist at hillside. I am an NHS patient however last month I had a private clean and tooth whitening done by the hygienist there and my results were fantastic. My teeth are so white and healthy and the hole experience was very good. Thank you very much

I'm an extremely nervous patient caused by bad experiences with a terrible dentist when I was a child. I now have a dentist named Martine at hillside. She is brilliant with me. Endless patience and understanding. She explains everything she is doing to reassure me. Would recommend her to anyone! Special praise also to her dental nurse Rachel. Who is equally as special.

I broke a tooth over the weekend and called up on Monday morning .. the very helpful receptionist got me an appointment on the same day I saw a lady called Anisha who was great and advised me on many different options I would recommend anyone to see her and have got all my family to move to this practice as I felt at compete ease. Thank you very much everyone at the practice.

I have been a regular attender at this practice for 6 years now along with my parents and the rest of my family, all of us have always had a positive experience. I registered my daughter when she was 3 months old and started bringing her along to my appointments, she was very frightened and nervous to start with often uncooperative but due to the conscious efforts of everyone at the practice last week she ran in very excited and hopped in the chair all by herself! This is a massive mile stone for us, hence this review. The lovely reception team always went the extra mile to make her feel special giving her colouring in sheets and talking to her etc - her dentist Justine and nurse Sarah made her appointments fun and enjoyable and I can not thank them enough.

I've been an NHS patient at this practice for many years now however recently I have had all of my amalgam fillings replaced with private white ones and I am very happy. It was surprisingly affordable and the dentist talked me through each step of the way, so glad I finally did it - highly recommended.

Went to the Dentist today my appointment time was an afternoon appointment in which I could make I was on time!! Baring in mind I'm not keen on going to the dentist i have Mental H problems and I didnt get seen until 30mins after my appointment time only to be told that the dentist wouldn't see me due to me missing appointments because of my MHealth, I was feeling quite anxious at this point and had to go outside for some fresh air until I was called in, We then asked again and it was then I got seen!! Yes ok the dentist who actually saw me was ok but for this experience to happen to me wasn't very nice!! I do hope that they understand people who have MHealth problems a little more in future!!

Today I was full of anxiety as I was not sure what I was having done to my teeth.
As a result I only had 2 fill ins which I was happy with.
I am not the best adult in a dentist room, I am deaf, and very nervous. Anisha and her assistant understood right away and both helped me through my fear. I don’t do well with needles and so my gum were numbed and from there onwards, I was relaxed and the dentist and assistant did what they had to do and talked to me all the way through.
I want to say a HUGE thank you to you both for treating me with ‘kids’ gloves and getting me through the treatment this morning.

My mum goes here, we was in today! Shocking service sat waiting for 40 mins, no I'm sorry she running late. All we got told was that there was one dentist cos the rest was on holiday. Poor management, who gives three people in the same practice holiday at the same time. Not to mention someone else went before us because she had something to pick up, 15 minutes later still sat here. No wonder why it changes owners so much joke!

If you are like me, haven’t been to the dentist for AGES and was terrified about the whole thing. then this is the place for you!
I think the most part that kept me away from the dentist for so long was that i was afraid of being judged for not going regularly, but you'll get none of that hear. All the staff, from the reception to the dentist team where light hearted, very professional and above all caring. There was no "ooo look at you! why haven’t you been before now?" just straight forward, friendly talk, and when it came to my actual treatment (four fillings) it was done fast, with my wellbeing always acknowledged. When I needed to stop, they stopped.
Signing up is also very easy, literally a one page form and that’s it!
can not recommend these guys enough! Very high service for a very affordable price.

I suffer with cold sores and the dentist said I can’t treat you if one breaks out please phone us and cancel a day before if possible
I cancelled twice as was told if I get a break out
