The worst dental treatment I’ve had in my life and worst follow up. All they’ve done was prescribe me antibiotics and get me private appointments in other clinics that no one can afford. Never call back when they say they will. I’ve been incredibly patient whilst in pain. No choice but to leave the honest review. I hope no one ever goes through this, you should all be ashamed, what you’ve done is terrible and can lead to health problems.. you DID NOT try your best!!

Those that read my reviews here and on Trustpilot know that I am very particular about service and care especially where vulnerable people are concerned. This surgery is absolutely first-class and I've visited many over the years. Let's not get bogged down with appointment complaints because we all know how difficult times are at present. What counts is that the service provided is professional, sensitive to needs and friendly. Both myself and my autistic son have nothing but praise. Five stars.

Great experience, not a patient but needed emergency treatment, they got it all sorted within hours for me, the receptionist Tracy was amazing friendly kind and extremely helpful definitely recommend, and 100% wanting to register as a patient here

I had an emg visit recently. Dr Fatemeh Vahidnia is a Brilliant dentist put me at ease. Very welcoming and spent time explaining how to take extra care of my teeth.100% recommend this dentist.

Having recently been to the centre for an emergency appointment, I would give huge thanks for the caring way I was treated throughout, and the way in which the procedure was undertaken. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Vahidnia, Nichola and the team for their professionalism and care.

The dental surgery is clean, the receptionists and nurses are quite nice. I'm not fully keen on the dentists they've had here over the past 3 years, they don't listen when you try and tell them things, one has some weird thing about leaning you right back in the chair despite telling her you can't be leaned by too far due to health problems, in fact she leaned my Son back so far that she gave him an anxiety attack, I had to try and calm him down on the phone after. He also told one of them he had a problem with his wisdom tooth, according to her it was fine and yet here we are today with him having to go back for the same tooth which has now broken, perhaps the dentists should try listening and not sit there correcting the patients when they are telling them they are having issues with something and maybe be more helpful and give info that could help the patient. I will say they are ok with people who suffer from anxiety, they will take their time with you and stop if you need them to, I had 4 teeth removed at the same time with zero problems, couldn't feel any of it. However, the last time I had a tooth pulled, I could feel it, I told her and she carried on pulling but I'm not going to fully blame her for it because as I recall she tried her best to numb my mouth but it seems to take a lot to numb it nowadays.

The dentist is waste of time and money here better trying another dentist surgery. Not even capable of prescribing antibiotics time to find a new place

I've had some really bad dental experiences in the past but this practice has restored my faith in the dental profession. I am happy to go to every appointment and my teeth are healthier than ever.

Excellent and professional service. Family friendly and easy parking, staff are welcoming and make you feel at ease.

I hate having to visit a dentist, being as over the years I have had more than one bad experience, but my visit to this surgery was absolutely wonderful. I would certainly recommend anyone who is afraid of dentists to go along to this one. I was made to feel at ease as soon as I walked in the door, before any treatment was given .

I had the first part of a root canal done the dentist and the nurse was very nice. I don't like dentists but I will recommend this dentist to any one

I've been with Mr Sagoo for nearly 20 yrs and he's the best dentist wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm a very anxious patient to say the least and he's very patient and explains everything. ????

2020 visit- I'm a dental phobic patient due to bad experiences at other surgeries and having a horrible experience with Gas to have a tooth removed in the 1980's. I would only see Dentist Dr Debora Coelho-Nunes who is absolutely amazing, she has such a calming demeanour about her that reduces my anxiety significantly Dr Coelho-Nunes's colleauge called Dental Nurse Sabrina Bellevicine was lovely and bubbly, the combination of the two are a brilliant Dental Team. I was in the chair this morning waiting for my tooth to be removed after the anesthetic and wondered why the chair was being moved forward ready for me to exit? I asked when the tooth was going to be removed, to be told it had already been removed? This has happened on more than one occasion. This is how good this Dentist is. I can't speak highly enough of Dentist Dr Debora Coelho-Nunes and Dental Nurse Sabrina Bellevicine. My only anxiety now is if these two leave the surgery and go elsewhere...... 2017 visit-Dr Debora Nunes-Dentist was excellent with me. I was a dental phobic before visiting this surgery, but she helped ease my fears and calm my anxieties regarding my tooth abstraction that needed to be done. Dr Nunes Colleauge a Dental nurse who's name I didn't get was also very friendly and pleasant. Also the two receptionists are very personable, relaxed and friendly with helps one relax while waiting to see a dentist. Thank you, to you all for making it a bearable experience for me! very poor equipment, the nurse does not use gloves, which is unacceptable!

Suitable for very nervous patients all the staff are polite and helpful including the receptionist dentist always clean radio played softly in background could do with suitabler area for kids.

I really hate going to the Dentist, but the service provided here is second to none. The dentist goes out of his way to ensure that any fears are allayed and that the patient is made as comfortable as possible during appointments.
