After years of bad customer service with my old dentist, it was a pleasant surprise to experience a professional atmosphere. The reception was straight to the point. The dentist was very kind and took his time to explain to me why I'm experiencing my problems instead of just telling me his diagnosis. The only improvement which I'd suggest would be to improve the interior aesthetics, but that's not a big deal.

I saw Dr Gandecha for the first time after having an emergency with my wisdom tooth and was extremely happy with how quickly I was able to book an appointment be treated. He was very efficient, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him as a dentist and will definitely go back.

Had such a positive experience at this dentist. I had braces fitted and they couldn't have worked better, I'm so pleased. The dentist's were very friendly and super helpful. I cant recommend this dentist enough, the staff were excellent and so was the service.

Hello,
I had a really good experience with Dr.Clifford. At that time I had panic attacks and strong anxiety. I was sensitive for everything and so scared. I didn't want to go but was necessary...so I went. From the begin I said to Dr.Clifford what is wrong with me, how I can react and I suggest him to tell me all what he will do, just to prepare me before. I don't know if people who never had panic attacks or anxiety can understand me and if will understand what I am trying to say, but its important to me. I was shaking, sweating and felt dizzy. Thanks to Dr.Clifford because per all sessions he was so professional and he proved me that I CAN DO IT. We had a TEAM WORK together. I believe it is so important to support patient with psychological disorder. So, I booked an appointment for September to do whitening and gaps fillings. That is my dream from the long time ago and finally Ill do that, because I know that Ill be in a good, supportive hands for my next journey.
Dr.Clifford was a really good example of human being and understanding.

The treatment I received during my time at the practice was overall positive. Unfortunately a ratio of 50% appointments cancelled at the last minute has meant I have left the practice. All of this impacted my work and arrangements I had made in relation to my own business and clients in order to attend these dentist appointments. I would not cancel my own clients in such a way. There was also no attempt at retention of my custom when I explained why I was leaving, other than the receptionist saying “I’m sorry”. I would have expected more.... perhaps the practice needs a policy to better support staff to deal with this.

Great dentist ! Very helpful and friendly.
Was in really bad pain on Thursday called them for an urgent appointment and they squeezed me in for next day ... helped me out , I received all medical support I needed - my dentist Adil is a lovely guy - talks to you about everything that will be done and explains all issues excellent - very professional.
Very happy and pleased I’m being treated by them wouldn’t change for anyone else !

I’ve not visited the dentist in a while after a really bad experience I braved it and went and all I can say is it was very relaxing she went at my own pace and now I have a smile that I can be proud of she was very patient with me and put me at ease would recommend this practice to anyone who is nervous like me

My dentist of 30 years retired and I had a bad experience with his replacement. I signed up with this practice and have been treated by Adil last week I had terrible toothache and went to see him, he talked me through the options and I decided to have the tooth removed which terrified me but seemed the best thing. I was very pleased with the way Adil carried out the procedure I did not feel anything and he was very patient with me I am happy to have found such a good replacement dentist.

Rude receptionist, the dentist nurses often don't turn up so will cancel your opiontmemt without telling you, Chloe the dentist assistant didn't know what she was doing and vey unprofessional(had to ask dentist Sallma 4 times what tool to use and what todo) had endless problems with the treatment they did cost me £80 to rectify problems they caused with my teeth
