Jason Kidwell provided phenomenal customer service! He arrived at the time I was quoted and was very punctual. Professional, Grade A, Number 1, stand up guy! Jason was very thorough with all the information he provided to me. Jason's product knowledge is amazing and he took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. I was also told about financing options, which is a big relief for a homeowner like me on a budget. I had a Trane 14 seer 5 ton system installed I could not be happier with the results.I tested the system earlier tonight and it reached the target temperature extremely quick I am very pleased with the results. I also had them add an extra air return and expand the one that I already had along with adding an Aprilaire 4 inch pleated air filter to increase airflow to the unit.

I am so happy I called Champion! The girls that answer the phones are so professional and nice. They are wonderful at calling and keeping you up to date with everything going on. We had Jonathan here several times and he is AMAZING. He is so sweet and polite and was great with our dogs. I will never use any other AC company. Also the GM and his family are great people so I am happy to help support the company. Call them NOW!

My damaged vent was repaired and any cosmetic work needed was also performed to blend in with ceiling. Great response from the team and highly recommended. I have another project I need done and will happily reach out to Champion to address for me.

Technicians seemed friendly and knowledgable but not the quality of work I expected.
Very friendly and knowledgeable technician. Explained the work with great detail and in terms that were easy to comprehend. Would recommend for anyone seeking electrical work to be performed.

David, David & Jerry from Champion A/C replaced my A/C ducts. They arrived early and finished early. They were extremely professional, wore masks, and were attentive to every detail. They answered my questions completely and explained how several special requests I had were accomplished. And they cleaned up thoroughly when they were done!! I was in the market for a mini-split system for my 40’ container. Champion came out, did the math for flow and efficiency. We selected a model and the next day they came out and did a fantastic install job. They kept me up to speed as the install progressed. I added the twice a year service plan to keep it going for many years to come. Unit has been running smooth, quiet and keeps the container at the set temperature. Great investment ????????

Today we had the pleasure of meeting Cody, he explained everything in detail and walked us through each step of the way making sure we understood the process. I highly recommend this company. We have been without AC for months had other companies come but they never took the time to explain things the way Champion AC did and not just try and sell us the highest price unit but instead giving us budget friendly options and explaining each option in detail. I used Champion because they installed all 3 of my AC units. However two of my capacitors were not functioning fully and it was recommended that I replace even though they were covered under warranty but had to be completely dead before they would be replaced! That’s the only reason I used Champions was because I thought they would honor any warranty! Won’t be fooled again!

The experience buying a new air conditioning unit has been great. All of our questions were answered throughout the whole process. On installation day, the 2 gentlemen were on time, took care with our belongings and made sure not to track in since it was raining outside. Both were personable and friendly. After comparing other local vendors, we decided on Champion AC to replace our HVAC system. Alan F. Completed a thorough inspection of not only our system, but of all pertinent parameters of the house inside and out. He listened to our questions and concerns and presented us with several options. None of their competitors even came close to his level of service and professionalism. On install day, Mr. Roland O. and his crew, worked diligently and courteously during their time with us. They made sure to lay tarps where they walked through, cleaned after themselves afterwards and explained the new system’s functionality. Scheduled A/C maintenance with Champion for the technician to tell me that my condenser was no longer working (even though we were not experiencing any issues to that point) and that I needed to purchase a new unit. However, as soon as the tech left and the unit was turned back on, the house began to cool as it should which would not be possible if the condenser was not working. I believe the company pushes you to purchase new units rather than maintain existing units that they did not install. Due to this the tech increased the fee of the visit from a maintenance visit to a service fee even though nothing was done.

Champion AC installed our unit several years ago. Every technician that has come out over the years has been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Today, I had the same great service and experience from Dustin. I feel very comfortable having the technicians from Champion AC in my home. Our unit wasn't providing cool air after the winter storm that had us in rolling blackouts. Dustin diagnosed my unit, and thankfully it's an easy fix. I'm extremely satisfied with the level of service provided by Champion. Even after using them for several years, it hasn't once diminished in quality! Keep up the great work. On April 28, 2021 we had Champion AC start servicing our home HVAC System. We based our decision to use Champion AC for the first time based on the 5 Star Reviews they consistently receive. Well, I have to say these reviews were right. Our technician, Jay was outstanding! He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He serviced our system in no time provided a thorough report. In that report he made several suggestions on additional components/devices we should consider to help maintain of systems longevity. Also, during the visit Jay presented the Champion AC Member Service Program which we gladly signed up for. What a great program. All was good with the check-up and Jay did an outstanding job. I contacted Champion A/C to install a Google Nest thermostat. Ray Butler is a true professional. Not only did he install a very sensitive thermostat, but he also corrected a problem with the wiring and checked the coolant levels. Great guy. Wish he could have stayed and had a cup of coffee with him. BTW, the dogs loved him too. Thank you Champion A/C for employing such a knowledgeable professional. Thanks again Mr. Butler.

Great service! All service calls are done perfect. Friendly, clean and never a problem. Pricing is competitive, the office personnel are very friendly and so very ridiculously helpful. Found my company, that I’m willing to pay for the yearly maintenance plan to. And if you have the money the C.H.A.M.P. Club Pro one time payment plan looks like a good deal. I am so glad that I went with my sister’s recommendation to call Champion AC! The experience of buying a new unit was a great from beginning to end. Their sales representative, Jason Kidwell, was courteous, knowledgeable and transparent. He professionally answered every question we had about the process and presented our options without being pushy. Their installation team, Eduardo and Roque, were absolutely courteous and professional as well and arrived early to install the new unit. They were open to answer any questions during the installation and made sure we understood how to operate the system. I highly recommend that you give Champion AC a call to install a new unit!

I had my main electrical panel replaced, new condenser installed, and new condenser fall install. Joe, Josh, and Eric were the electricians, and they were amazing. They worked quickly and cleanly. My new panel looks and works amazing!
James and Jackson did the AC work, and they were awesome. They worked diligently in the rain to restore HVAC to our home.
I’m very impressed with Champion. This experience has earned them a life long customer for HVAC, electric, and plumbing (or any other trade they pick up). Extremely pleased with my experience and will recommend to others!!!

Our air conditioner went out last night so we called Champion AC this morning and had a technician out in less than 5 hours. The technician was very friendly and helpful and had our unit back on quickly. He ran through everything to make sure we wouldn't have any other issues and explained everything in great detail. Champion AC is now our go to for everything heating and air conditioning.

This gentleman is honest, sincere, and a true professional who represents Champion AC. Justin explains to you what the problem is, the planned fix to resolve the problem, the cost, and if need be presents the companies options to ease any major financial expense with offers available to you as a customer. I’ve had Champion AC service my ACHeating unit before and their services are beyond reproach!!! Bank on their abilities to solve any AC/Heating concerns you might have all year round! Don’t trust another company to trick you into thinking ???? you need to replace your entire AC/Heating Unit. Champion AC is an honorable and trusted company with a Great ???????? reputation! I had the expectation of having to shell out several thousand of dollars for a new system until I met Alan. Alan was very professional and responsive. Alan actually took the time to look at my system and immediately found a problem others had not. Alan scheduled me for a repair appointment instead of just selling me a new system. I know I will need one inevitability and Champion AC and Alan will be my go to person! I value the honesty more than I can express! Champion AC was great! They came in early and explained the installation process. They used protective tarps, shoe coverings and face masks. I work from home, and they were also respectful of not making excessive noise while they were working inside the house. The job was completed the same day and they showed me everything, plus sent me the photos of the installed unit to my email. Great service, very satisfied!

False advertisement a tune up means “general ADJUSTMENT to ensure operation at peak efficiency” which is not what you actually come out and do with your INSPECTION. Any adjustments are extra. Reply: you can call it whatever you want. Your ad on Facebook says a “Tune up” and the lady who called me to book service explained to me a 17 point inspection anything outside of that was extra. That is by definition false advertisement.

We had a complete AC install and Alan who was comfort advisor (what a name, sounds like a therapist. ) anyway he took the time to look at what we needed but more importantly listened to my needs.
I am not an easy guy to deal with when it comes to contractors as most are well not always the best and always looking to make as much money as possible and never caring about the customer needs.
Well Alan listened to "what I wanted" that is key. It should never be what "they want" "never!!!!!
We considered the 3 other companies carefully and chose AC Champion.
Now Alan said he was going to come by but he never did and we did not even a get a call or text to see how things were going.
However. My installer Mike Sanche was first rate in every sense. Very professional, courteous and answered all my questions and then some.
The system was installed, tested and Mike Sanchez went over the keypad with us to give us a quick lesson.
Also Alan did say he was going to add the baffles to another location himself but Mike Sanchez did this and we do appreciate the added that was given to us.
In closing. I rate this company very high in the quality of the workmanship from Mike Sanchez and Mike Sanchez Jr.
I rate Alan as very good at representing AC Champion. Listening to what "I wanted" and not upselling. The only ding was that I felt for $13000 I should have received a text that day to see how things were going, to maybe also say he was not going to install the baffles but Mike was and maybe that he couldn't make it but at least wanted me to know.
You want a full honest review, here it is and I stick to my words. AC Champion is a great company.

My 90 year old parents call Champion AC to come look at their central air.
They were sitting in a hot house 90° Champion comes out. Quotes $4,000 for a compressor change out. Then told them it would be better to change out the complete system and would be around 10,000 to $20,000.
I called another AC company to verify this because it sounded ridiculous.
The mechanical company I called to verify this called me within 10 minutes of being there and said all that was wrong was the thermostat was set to heat.
I see this happening to the elderly all the time in my business.

I paid almost 400 dollars and I don't have working AC. I have never had a company come out and not fixed my AC and yes all wanted me to buy a new unit but they never left without fixing the main issue and still charge me as if they had. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS! That's just my opinion. I left a detailed account of what transpired here today on Yelp.
