Champion AC is a great place to get your A/C installed or repaired. My new installation took place when temperatures were in the 100's. This week we had the ducting and vents installed and my home feels like a new home. The smell of mustiness is totally gone!! I'm so happy. My allergies thank you!!!

Great staff, Call early Monday morning and my A/C was back up and running by 1:30 same day and that was before my scheduled appointment. They set an appointment time and asked if they could work me in earlier and I said of course. The Technician Dustin did a great job friendly and listen to me on what was going on with the system then explained everything he found. GREAT JOB Dustin!!!!

I recently had my AC units get a tune up and Jonathan went above and beyond answering all my questions and his attention to detail was amazing. He identified a couple issues I might encounter in the future and how there were things I could do to improve my quality of life as a result of my allergy problems. After careful consideration, I decided to replace two AC units. James, Mike, Jackson, and Steve did an amazing job installing and fixing ALL the substandard work that was done before I purchased my home. The quality of work, professionalism, attention to detail, and thorough explanation of operation and care of my new units went above and beyond what I ever expected. Getting an appointment setup was really easy and the technician was over quickly. One thing that is unique about Champion AC is they will send you a text showing how far they are, a photo of the person coming to your home, and a link you can click on that will direct you to youtube video of them answering questions about themselves. I feel like Champion AC is trying to not just be other HVAC company but one that is trying to build a personal relationship with their customers. I had Aaron as my specialist and he explained everything to me, answered all my questions without making me feel dumb about some of the things I was asking, and gave me multiple options I could take. This was the first time doing business with Champion AC and it was a great experience. They are now the only company I trust with my AC issues.

We had a 17 year old central AC system in the home we built. It was diagnosed as "end of the line" by another company. I had no doubts about the condition of the system. It lived a good life. I did some shopping, read some reviews and spoke with a few friends. Champion was the clear winner. Jason Kidwell was our first contact. He was straightforward, professional, and informative. He won our business. When the crew came out for the install, we were tremendously impressed and the level of professionalism. Martin, Marcus and Jackson were on the ball, respectful, 100% professional. The system is wonderful and saves a chunk of change in these 100F+ days. After checking reviews online, I chose to call them because they appeared very well liked by many people locally. The expectation was that the job would be done in a timely manner. They excelled in timeliness, professionalism, and work ethics. In addition, they conduct themselves in a way that is not "all business ". They are the friend looking out for your best interests.

Joshua Villagran and Eric Perez installed our Nest IQ cameras, Nest Thermostat, and Nest Door Camera neatly and professionally. They knew exactly what they were doing and kept us informed of what was our preference of cameras angles and positions. No exposed wiring and devices neatly positioned.
Will definitely recommend these two guys to my family and friends.
A bit expensive but the end results made it worth it.

Champion came out to replace our central AC this past weekend. They were professional and kept us updated on the progress of the job. Mike, James, and Jackson were our installers and did a great job. Pictures were provided to show before and after the new install was done. They made sure we knew how to use the thermostat and everything was working well before leaving. I noticed that the ac drain was making a noise and they were quick to fix it and made sure we were satisfied with the job before leaving. Great company to work with.

He provided helpful insight when asked about a complete system replacement and, as requested, provided equipment and pricing options. Overall a Great experience so far. Jason came yesterday gave us some quotes on a range of systems. We picked what we liked the most and it turned out to be better quality at a lower price than the competitors. They came out today to do the installation and everything ran smoothly. Jason explained everything to us yesterday and today Roland followed through exactly as planned. It was painless for us and our home is nice and cool this evening.

I had my complete A/C replaced in my house. Two outside units and two inside units located up in the attic. The guys worked all day on one of the hottest days of the year. They got everything completed by the end of the day and I was back to having a cold house again. They could have easily taken multiple breaks as hot as it was but they worked right through it all with professionalism. I also have to give a shoutout to Jason (sales rep) for being upfront about the sale and not trying to push me into anything I didn't want. I was even upgraded on part of my install without any additional charge. Customer Service has also been excellent with quick responses to any issues I needed addressed. I highly recommend Champion Air to anyone looking for new A/C install or repairs.

It was a seamless process from start to finish! The tech, who diagnosed the problem and sold me the new system was very professional and knowledgeable. The installers, who left everything back the way it was, maybe better, made this a stress free experience for me. I really appreciate how fast he was able to come out and how well he explained everything that needed to be done. I'm on cloud 9 after getting these fixes. Dustin was very respectful of my home. He wore a mask, and did not mind my two dogs getting in his way, in fact he seemed very happy to give them some attention as well as my dogs were happy to receive it. He was 30 minutes early but had gotten a call from the office asking if he could arrive early, which was thoughtful. He worked fast. And left everything in it’s place. Highly recommend them.
