I used Champion for changing out a two- to a three-way receptacle. Joe, the rep, was courteous and communicated in a timely manner. I give the installer a 1-star for ability to communicate plan of work in a clear, courteous and professional manner and a (?)-star in skill proficiency (only time will tell as I can't inspect what was done in most areas, but there is some evidence--square piece of wall cutting found in yard vs. being told "no hole needed to be cut to run the conduit because there was a crack big enough in the wall to run it through"-- what was said was done and what actually was done is unclear). Joe gets 5-stars for customer relations for communication, ie., listening, explaining, assessing, and negotiating price.

Jason Kidwell came out to assess my AC issues after having been through the gauntlet with another company. Jason took the time to take me into the AC closet, attic, the walls and show me issues and what was exactly wrong. He provided measurements and figures to prove why my AC was over-sized and even took video to show where shoddy work was done in the past. Jason even took into consideration that I was having new windows installed in the near future to make sure his figures were correct; that's finding a real solution instead of a band-aid. He was on time, professional, low pressure solution guy who I am happy to call my "AC guy".
The installation teams was just as fantastic. Eduardo and Roque showed up exactly when they said they would and replaced the whole system in less than a day. They took video while installing things that would be hidden in walls to show what was done. When they were done they left the house cleaner than when they got there.
I could not have asked for a easier experience and solution. The price was right, but quality of work done looks like it should have been higher; exceptional work product. No more hot spots, high humidity, and high bills.

We chose Champion AC to install a new AC system, new ducts, and to add insulation in the attic. We ended up choosing Champion because they were professional and experienced. They provided a lot of information during the estimate that other companies didn’t. I feel confident that the work Champion did will last. We are very happy with our choice!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Justin Cavazos who did not do any HVAC services for me today. What he did do was help me when I was stranded with my keys locked inside of my truck. He helped me until we finally got it unlocked and he was friendly and professional the whole time, on that alone I will keep this company at the head of the line if I ever need any services.

Needed to replace an heatpump at my home. All of my interactions where professional. Sales team did a home analysis, realized the previous unit was undersized, offered options and approaches to meet my budget. Install team showed up on time, completed the job well within the time estimate, cleaned up after themselves, provided training, and was very professional. Our old AC units were 17 years old and needed to be serviced or repaired or replaced. Ray Butler came out and spent several hours and gave us several options. We decided it would be best to go ahead and replace both systems due to it being cost effective vs. spending a lot of money repairing the old systems. The install team came out this morning at 8 am and replaced both units. They didn’t take a break and worked very hard. They were finished with the install at 2 pm and did a good job cleaning up. James Moore and his team of Jackson, Mike Jr., Thomas and David did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend Champion AC to anyone thinking about repairing or replacing their AC systems

From start to finish Champion AC were fantastic to work with. I could tell that Jason their comfort advisor who surveyed our home and the work to be done was very passionate, knowledgeable and able to explain very effectively the work to be carried out and the workings of the new system for our full AC replacement. Champion communicated with us for planning the start date and time with courtesy texts and calls when their technicians were on their way. The Technicians Gerry and Javier were beyond professional carrying out the install and taking the time to help set up the app for the thermostat and show how to use it. They left the job inside and out spotlessly clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Champion AC.

Michael did a great job talking to us see what our need was for our new AC / heating system. He had come previously in July for an estimate and now we needed to order one. Our 18-year-old trane AC finally quit. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Luckily they had the trane equipment to do the job quickly.
The installers who came, James and Jackson, did a great job and were very professional. James explained the system very well to us, showed us how to use the Nexia on our iPhone, explain the new ac system etc. We were very happy with the knowledge and experience of the installers that Champion AC provided for us.

We had some issues with our condenser unit last night (10/19) and called Champion AC the next morning. They were able schedule our service 12pm the same day!! The technician Michael Owens was prompt, professional, and very helpful! He was able to fix all of our issues with our unit quickly. Our family is very impressed and happy that Champion AC was there to rescue us from the heat! We will always continue to use their services. And the prices are very reasonable!

We had two 14 year old HVAC units that we wanted to replace before they failed. We got proposals from several vendors, chose Champion AC, and we're very glad we did! Four reasons stand out: Champion's sterling reputation and references, Trane product line, 10 year parts and labor warranty, and their extremely knowledgeable and experienced staff. Jason Kidwell, our Comfort Advisor and a former lead installer, was simply outstanding in explaining our options and guiding us in our ultimate purchase decision! We wanted air purification systems integrated into both units as well. Jason did detailed "Load Calculations" for both units to insure proper sizing. The installation crews, led by James and Mike S were great and completed the removal and install in one day! We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Champion AC!

Had a complete new AC system installed. Eduardo and Ricky, installers, arrived on time and quickly began the process of removing old system. They were very efficient and respectful of my home as they were very careful as to not damage anything as they removed the old system and brought the new ststem inside. They were very professional and I was surprised as they were very quiet in performing the installation. I expected to hear a lot of noise as they worked. Once the installation was complete, Edurado showed me all the work that was done and how the system, thermostat works. I also want to thank Jason Kidwell, the comfort advisor, who sold us the new ac system. He was very thorough and provided any and information we needed to determine what system to purchase. There was no pressure to buy a system at all. I highly recommend Champion AC.

I would like to give a big thanks to Champion AC and their staff. I called because my system was out and received prompt service. The customer service team was amazing. Always keeping me informed with the time that the team member would arrive. I first had the pleasure of meeting Cody who was very thorough in his inspection of my previous unit and all my ducts and vents. He took the time to explain the different options that were available to me in replacing my unit. Thank you Cody for the great service! I was able to be scheduled the next morning for the replacement with James and Jackson. James was great at explaining the process he and Jackson would be going through to get me taken care of in a timely manner. I appreciate the hard work that James and Jackson did at this time. They were also amazing in the clean up process and made sure that they left things the way they found them. Thank you James and Jackson! Responded immediately, got to the job within a couple of days. This was for a small electrical issue. The service tech (Joe) was preceded by a text from Champion with his photo and a link to a bio video of him which was pretty impressive. Joe gave me a quick estimate as to exactly what needed to be done, how he can do it, and got it done fast at a reasonable price. He also wore a mask the entire time. Can't ask for much more, thanks!

The two gentlemen who installed out 3 ton Unit and a new i side unit did beyond a spectacular existing/new eqipment install . these guys didnt just slap in a system they actually installed everythg like it was goin into there very own house! This company os veteran owned n. Nd they problly got all Veteran staff cause the professionalism n attetion to detail was on par with military typa engineering. Jason Kidwell was my consultant and gave me a thorough estimate. Champion AC was the first of 13 estimates I received. Jason made many recommendations that other companies did not. He checked the attic ducts. Checked the outside electrical. Many companies did not even do much of that. His was not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but the best deal for the system I wanted. I am very happy with choosing Champion A/C. The install team of Roland, Jesse and Mike were amazing. They were fast and efficient. They encouraged me to check out their work and even fixed a few tears I found in existing duct work fast and to my satisfaction. I was very stressed in making such a huge investment during this pandemic. They sure have made me feel so happy that I chose Champion A/C.
