Dustin was very good at doing the maintenance check and gave me some very important info about needing a new system. He contacted Cod who stopped by about and hour later. He helped me in selecting a replacement HVAC system that I wanted. Great guys .

The service person Justin Woodworth was helpful, excellent business manners, always making sure to wear his shoe covers each time he entered our home. Upon leaving l had forgotten to mention our lack of cool in the master bedroom, he reset up his equipment and being mindful to wear his shoe covers...when no one was watching!! He found the problem and took a picture of the needed work, which we agreed to correct. He made everything simple and easy. I was very satisfied. I am a senior and now a days it is unusual to see a young man mature in his work , very refreshing. Thank you Champion AC for caring ❤ about your business to hire such good staff. We look forward to a continuing business with you.

Champion AC has, hands down, the BEST quality and customer service in the city! They are super organized, efficient and on time! Friendly and safe, too. They sent a text with a confirmation 1 hour before arriving and even included a picture of the AC tech who would be here to service my unit! He arrived with a mask, shoe protection and even sent links for signature via text so I didn’t have to touch a single keypad or screen to sign! Talk about taking every single precaution to keep safe during Covid!
These guys are true professionals with great service! The real deal.

Our HVAC failed during the recent storm. We called Champion, who had previously helped us. While they were polite and responsive in setting up an appointment, the technician who arrived was another matter. Our experience with him was not satisfactory. We did not move forward based on our experience with him. Management later contacted us and was accommodating in light of our unfortunate experience.

Technicians: James and Jackson arrived on time ready to work with a positive disposition. They represented the company well in their work ethics and character. Allen, the sales representative was very thorough, concise and easy to follow when explaining the different equipment that was available. Both teams were very neat in their appearance and used proper language in their descriptions of the work being performed. I would recommend this company to anyone. I feel comfortable feeling that if a problem should arise I will receive prompt, conscientious service.

We had special filters put in our Air Conditioning system during Covid to help purify the air. Dustin Woodworth was very informative and helpful during the process. He explained to my husband all the details of the system and although I don't know much about what they discussed... I DO know that the particles in the air of our design room are essentially non-existent! Thank you for helping us breathe quality air!!

A very nice young man named Jackson, came buy to fix my AC. My AC would not ever turn off and would just keep running. It was crazy cold in my house. He was able to diagnose my thermostat issues and fixed the problem. He came the same day I called and within a few hours. Excellent work, quality, and mannerism and more than fair pricing. You can't beat getting this type of service from a great company. Thank you Jackson and Champion AC. You really are champs!

Very impressed with this company. They were able to come out the same day that I called to get an estimate on a new system. Cody came out and quickly assessed the system we needed and clearly showed the options. He was very warm and friendly and I did not feel pressured at all. We had Champion put in a new AC a couple years back and the AC has been wonderful we just should have gotten the maintenance plan as suggested! We had a clogged drain pipe which caused a leak . If we had gotten the maintance plan this wouldn't have happened. We called then yesterday and they were out today. Ray was absolutely the best! He did a great job and was one of the pleasant people to chat with. He was very informative. Another GREAT experience with Champion! Thank you guys and Thank you Ray!

We had Champion AC replace our complete AC/Furnace system. James, Gerry, Jackson and Steve arrived at 8:00am. They did a great job. They cleaned everything up. They answered any questions we had. Helped us download the app for the new thermostats and explained how to use everything. They were great. We can already tell how much better the new system cools the house.

I usually don’t write the comments, but Champions AC, they definitely know how to make good relationships with the customer, my thermostat was blank and I got the appointment, technician came and fixed it within few minutes and didn’t charge me anything. He said that was a minor issue but for the proper fix you need an electrician, and he didn’t charge me anything. I really like the honesty and sure if i need any kind of HVAC work, i will only call Champions AC.

The technicians ran a bit late in arriving as scheduled but took the time to call and alert us of their delay. Upon arrival their first action was to request a first look at the interior and exterior locations where they would be working. They next provided a quick overview of what their work would entail and what to expect. Throughout their work they provided continual update on their overall progress. I found both, James, lead and Jackson assistant, to be knowledgeable, consciences and well focused on the task at hand. Both were professional and well represented Champion AC.

Champion AC was professional and courteous. The prices were comparable to other reputable companies. Alan was professional in giving me my estimate for a whole new system. He took his time in explaining the process and I did not feel rushed. I even texted him with questions after the estimate. Brodney brought out a cooling unit to help keep the living room cool since our old AC system had failed He is very kind and patient. . Roland and Jesse were the installers they did an amazing job and answered all my questions . I really appreciated that they wore masks when I interacted with them and also wore shoe covers before entering my house.

I’ve been very happy with Champion AC’s service over the years. Today Alfredo helped me see if there was a link in my condensation line. There wasn’t but he saved me a visit later by notifying me of a coolant issue. Alfredo answered my many questions and was friendly and easy to work with. He explained things in detail and gave me options on what to do, including how if might affect me later on. I appreciate the help! It’s good to have a good AC company to call in South TX.

Alfred Martinez was our technician this gentleman was very professional got the job done right away . He gave great suggestions on what should be done to AC suggested replacement provided us with great prices and pretty straightforward warranty. We will be replacing our unit in the next 2 month's. Very satisfied with the professionalism and very well spoken gentleman made it very easy to understand what was going on with Unit. I'd definitely know now why Champion was my choice in calling them. I searched other site's and was convinced by reviews Champion should be the one to call.

Thank you to Champion AC. Our old system had broken down and was beyond repair. Champion had their comfort advisor Jason out first thing the next morning who was very helpful and could answer every question. He took comprehensive details of our home to calculate the best system for us. He was able to show us photos of how the work would look and detailed pictures of each piece of equipment to be installed.
Champions installation team Gerry and Javier arrived on time and worked diligently to install the new system. They obviously take pride in their work and everything was left neat, clean and tidy.
Champion were a pleasure to work with and we were very happy to work with such professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend Champion and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Our salesman Micheal was professional, responsive, very helpful. Offered to help with some yard work I was right in the middle of when he pulled up. Straight shooter, listened to what our needs were, made excellent suggestions and made the whole process stress free.
UPDATE: The installers were great! They were fast and professional. Answered any question I had, cleaned up afterwards. The new unit is so quiet!!! So awesome! Thank you guys!
