Cody took his time, explained some limitations in the area that would house the furnace and noted an issue with the old copper tubing. His thorough explanation saved me about a third of the previous estimate and explained the issues we had been experiencing with the main unit. He recommended a lower priced unit that would work better in the space. Champion was easy to work with, I had trouble speaking to a salesperson at other businesses because their systems did not allow me to contact a salesperson but kept funneling me to office people that just did not have the expertise to answer my questions.

The complete HVAC install was flawless. I decided on a “Variable Speed” system and technicians were at my door the next morning ready to work. It was determined during my system inspection, my home builder reversed the upstairs and downstairs HVAC units. The larger of the two units was cooling/heating upstairs whereas more square footage is downstairs. I’ve had these units tuned up throughout the years and not one technician noticed this flaw. Champion AC recognized the flaw and reconfigured my entire system to function as intended. Our system is now working efficiently and our first bill was $150 less than last year (August). Customer service is very professional and prompt to address any questions/concerns. Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

I have used countless AC companies over the last 25 years of being a homeowner but I can say hands down I will never use another company besides Champion AC in the future. They are incredibly courteous, professional, they shoot you straight, you never feel like you are getting the run around (which I have had so many times with other companies), they are on time, the customer service is top-notch....I could just go on and on. This is the way service providers in all industries should operate. I could not be more pleased. The most recent service I had completed by Deron was great. He was extremely professional. In fact he went on and on about what a great company Champion is to work with and how fair and caring the owners are to their employees. To me that says a lot. I highly recommend them!

Our electrician was Tom Hutchinson, he was terrific. He was very professional, fast and did a wonderful job. We e are re very happy with his work. He also cleaned up and disposed of the old fan. We will call this company again.

In 2017 I used Champion AC to install all new HVAC in my house. They also installed new ductwork and registers. Since then I have consistently been a subscriber to their seasonal maintenance program. They have always been professional and respectful of my time and property. They call before appointments to let me know they are on the way and they send me a tracker so I can watch for the truck to arrive and know who to expect upon arrival. I am a Champion AC customer for at least as long as I own this home.
Update: just had the refrigerant refilled in my unit and they sent the same guy as before. Awesome way to foster a customer relationship and maintain the service history!

Cody was amazing! Makes Champion AC look awesome. I liked everything he had to say, price and service was great. I dont have anything bad to say. I recommend these guys over the competition because they’re straight forward and relatable, most of all Cody went above and beyond with his information. If you’re thinking about Champion or someone else, you won’t regret going with these guys. Believe me, I tried Jon Wayne and those guys are disrespectful, overcharging, up selling, pieces of work you do not want to waste your money on. When I called to schedule with Nancy my baby was crying. She was really patient with me and she let Jason know that I had a baby. When Jason arrives he knocked instead of using the doorbell and I really appreciated that, he also offered to bring in some packages I had at the door. The visit was quick, he was kind, respectful and very professional. He went through all of the options with me and I felt confident that I understood everything. This was all just to give us a quote! We’ve used Champion for our commercial properties and would absolutely recommended them for both commercial and residential.

Jason Kidwell was our comfort advisor. He was professional, friendly and very informative. He gave us all the options we needed to make our decision on which system is best for our family. We never felt rushed or pressured. He took his time looking at all the different parts of the AC which is more than what other companies had done. He even took a time stamped video of what it looked like in our attic to show us exactly what issues he was seeing there. Would highly recommend him and Champion AC!
