Burgeson's A/C installed a Lennox 4T A/C unit in our home the first part of July. Let me tell you, it has been heaven in my home since then. From the Sales Rep. I wanted to wait for a hot day to see how my new system installed by Burgeson's performs, so it's 93 today, and the system works great! When it turns on it only runs 5 minutes, reaches temperature, then turns off. The crew did a good job installing the system. Happy to know it's going to be a comfortable summer this year.

I have used Burgeson's for many years. A couple years ago they installed a complete new heating and air conditioning system that is very advanced and the best part, very easy to dial in the temperature I want. What really amazed me about them, is last year I had a roof leak under my solar panels and still under the solar warranty. I called the solar company they were out of business...my roofer would not touch the solar panels...many companies would not touch it...Burgeson's came to the rescue !!!....they took off my 30 solar panels, the roofer came and fixed the leaks, and Burgeson's put my panels back on !!! I highly, highly recommend them !! they have totally earned my TRUST !!!

The staff that answered the phone provided accurate information and made sure that I understood the pricing and service policy. = No surprises = Yay! The service tech' (Travis R. ) was on time, polite, professional, and appropriately friendly. He explained my options & gave me time to discuss the situation with my family. I felt like I was making an informed decision and I knew that (if needed) I could arrange the financial part easily.
The service rep' knew what he was doing. The installation fit my specific requirements (older home) and (literally) everything was better than I'd hoped for = quick, safe, complete, better than the original.

My heater was broke going on four months - I never felt I was receiving a fair price. I only wish I had found them early on when I had other work completed. Superbly skilled company in all areas! Deegan, Noah & Cody replaced my entire HVAC system, including new duct work in the attic. Just like the plumbing side of the business, the HVAC workmanship is superlative and their manners impeccable. They were on time, worked tirelessly, and cleaned up each area of work. I wish I had known earlier they also did electrical, because I definitely would have hired them to do all my electrical modifications as well, which was already done by someone else. We had two mini-split AC units installed back in May 2020. The crew that came out were fantastic, efficient, came on time, and did an overall excellent job. Now 4-months later in Sep 2020, one of my units started to leak water. I called Burgeson's and they had a technician come out an hour after placing my call. Lance came in, diagnosed the problem within minutes, cleaned my whole unit and showed me how to do the same, and left within an hour. Absolutely the highest degree of professionalism I could ask for when inviting someone into my home. It was awesome how quick Burgeson's responded to my inquiry and fixed the problem. I cannot recommend Burgeson's enough for their customer service, expertise, and professionalism. Thank you!

Had Burgeson's come in to see why my thermostat would not get any power. The technician Juan gave me a price that was very pricey and after complaining I agreed to it. My insurance company said they may be able to reimburse me if I had a breakdown of the charges. Contacted Burgeson's and they could not give me an itemized breakdown of what I paid for. Could not even tell me how much the part cost. I don't know how much the part cost or the labor. They told me that they don't have that information to share with me. Oh well. No compensation from my insurance company because Burgeson's only give out a flat rate. I wonder if their technicians get a commission?

Where to begin? I recently purchased a new home and I knew that my AC and heating system needed some work. I waited as long as I could just knowing that the work would be costly. I was approached by a representative from Burgeson’s while shopping in Costco & she sold me from the start. I expressed my concerns to her in regards to the cost being so high etc and she immediately explained that they offer different financing options that could fit my budget. I agreed to leave my information with her and have someone come out to my home and give me a quote(possibly the best decision ever). Nate was the representative who came to my home to give me a quote and immediately I was sold. I could tell that Nate had my best interest at heart and that it wasn’t just another “business transaction”. Nate explained all of my options based on my situation and made me feel comfortable with the decision to go with Burgeson's for the job at hand. Justin and his crew came out to do the actual installation and replacement for my new air and heat system and I was also impressed with their service. The guys were very professional, punctual and made sure that the job was done well despite working in 109 degrees. We are currently experiencing a heat wave and although it’s 109 degrees on the outside I am happy to say that my new system has my house super cool and works wonderfully. I see why they have been in business since 1949. I highly recommend them and will be recommending them as well as using them for all services from here on out. Thank you so much Burgeson's.

Gary Weghorst came out today to follow-up on a recent installation of a new Lennox Air-conditioning system including a new furnace and thermostat. He is amazing. Professional, very service oriented, customer focused and clearly proud of working for Burgeson's. He taught us how to use our remote to control everything and answered all of our questions.

In this recent August heatwave, my AC decided to stop working. I called their number at 8:45pm on a Thursday and they said someone would be out the next evening. They came and an installation was scheduled for the following Tuesday. They were prompt and professional. Temp was 107 but they were wonderful! By 4:00 that afternoon they were done. Very friendly installers (Kyle, Randy, Andy and Bart). Oddly, my son's condenser quit Tuesday evening and he called Wednesday morning and was able to have someone come out that same day. We are both very pleased with the work and the quick response.

After routine maintenance of our furnace from another company, it was finally recommended that it be replaced since it was almost 30 years old! The other company gave us a quote for the furnace ONLY & install and was trying to rush us to sign work orders that day. Thankfully we did NOT and a couple weeks later, we stumbled upon a Costco email about Lennox HVAC systems and gave them a call for a quote.
The Costco Kiosk said it would be about 3 days before a local company got back to us to set up an appointment, but Burgeson's called us back that same day, probably only a couple hours later! They were super courteous and we set up an appointment for an estimate. Dustin came out. He arrived on time, was super friendly and explained the whole process to me. He checked out our furnace, outdoor A/C unit and even went up into the attic to check out all the duct work. After seeing everything, he recommended the furnace and the A/C coil sitting on top of the unit be replaced. Burgeson's quote for the furnace, A/C coil and an awesome air filter system was $500 LESS THAN those other guys who only wanted to replace the furnace and just "make the old A/C coil fit" back on top. Added with all the Costco incentives, it was a no-brainer. However, furnaces aren't cheap, so it took a little while to get finances in order. Dustin was understanding and patient and informed us Burgeson's has financing options as well. About 2 1/2 weeks later, we were finally ready, gave Dustin up a call, was able to sign work orders quickly and that same week had an appointment for the install.
Balthazar and Kyle arrived on time and were very professional, courteous and entertaining. They explained to us what they were doing and how much room they would need and went to work. Anytime they needed access indoors, they asked. That afternoon, we had a shiny, new Lennox furnace, air filter and A/C coil installed. Balthazar's work on those lines were nice and clean and honestly, beautiful! They made sure the HVAC components were up to code and showed us all their work. They tested the systems for heating and cooling and answered whatever questions we had along the way. They left the areas they worked in neat & clean.
We were extremely pleased with Burgeson's from start to finish and would highly recommend them. They even gave us a follow up call just to check up on our satisfaction with the unit! Fantastic customer service. Wonderful installers. Definitely 5 Stars!!!

I was having problems with the gas line in my fireplace and then had a hose spigot that was leaking and needed to be replaced. Travis was my technician who came out. Helpful, friendly, and explained work prior to completing it. He showed up on time with appointment and cleaned up both areas he worked in when he completed work. Added fitting to hose spigot to make any future replacements spigots a thread on to make life easier for self repairs, but told me to call back for any issues I wasn't comfortable tackling myself. Gas line work was taken care of too and checked for bubbles on lines ahead of work with me. Professional work and my go to for any issues they handle.

I Purchased the Dave Lennox Signature Collection Sl280NV Gas Furnace and XC21Two-Stage Air Conditioner with duct replacement and had the complete system installed in just two days 6/4/2020. Installation crew did an incredible job replacing my old unit with this new unit. AC has kept my home cool throughout this hot summer months.
During my 6 month service call in December, I spoke to the technician about a loud pitch noise coming from the furnace. He indicated that possibly the bearings in the Combustion Air Inducer were bad and would order a replacement and install another Inducer as the motor was under warranty.
The loud pitch noise was eliminated by the replacement motor but, now there is rumbling/vibration from the Inducer Motor. The technician indicated that this is normal for this type of furnace. Preferably, the unit would be perfect if it only ran in the stage either 1 or 2 that has less rumbling/vibration.
Reading reviews on the Lennox Website indicates that this Furnace system is an issue with other customers. This text is from a customer at the Lennox site " Unit was installed about 1 month ago. When heat requirement called for and went into the second stage the unit noise and house vibrations was very high waking up residents even in send floor bedrooms. Installer said the high noise/vibration was coming from the NOX fan and only cure was to disengage the second stage. Furnace has been set to only say in stage 1, obviously slowing the time to heat up the house".
It is disappointing to have both Lennox in their brochure and Burgeson's in their advertisement for HVAC reference that this unit is quiet.
I expected the fan/blower operation is normal but, having the Inducer running continuously during heating is both noisy and not cost efficient.
Anyway, I cannot recommend the Sl280NV Furnace. But, the XC21 AC works great.
UPDATE:
I would like to thank Burgeson's for their prompt attention to the noisy issues I had with the furnace they installed. Burgeson's technicians replaced the inducer motor twice and added insulation to my central air closet door. The noisy/vibration coming from the inducer was still loud after these attempts.
Burgeson's removed the original furnace and replaced the unit with a condensation furnace which has reduced the noisy level to a minimal sound.
I would recommend them for all your replacement/service needs as they stand by their commitment to the customer.

We removed three existing HVAC units and installed two new HVAC systems; a Lennox 5 ton and Lennox 2 ton and reconfigured ducting to have electronic dampers for two zones. The workmen arrived knowing what there job was; they were careful to protect existing surfaces and when there options they discussed with us and let us make choices. The quality of workmanship was excellent. The iComfort S30 thermostat is very smart (be sure to ask someone to help you set it up for YOU, it personalizes to your personal living). Qudos to Brent for helping me with my thermostat settings.

I was really impressed with the service and quality of workmanship! We had been searching for somebody to fix our fancy Lennox system for about a year. We live in the middle of nowhere so it’s hard to find good technicians.
This company sent a technician named John out and he was fantastic, very well educated, thorough, showed up right on time, totally professional. He was able to fix our system and also found a gas leak in the furnace that he fixed.
The AC is blowing colder than it ever did and the price was very reasonable. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Mine was a very complicated project. It's a vacation rental property 2 hours away from my home and it's difficult for me to get up there. The house is nearly 70 years old and had multiple additions with varying rooflines and foundations. The furnace didn't really heat the house even though it was only a few years old. Randy Young from Burgeson's came to the house TWICE, got filthy crawling around under it, analyzed the situation, got very creative and proposed a solution that was way more expensive than I was expecting. after I got over the sticker shock, I confessed that although I agreed with Randy's assessment and thought the solution he was proposing was the way to go, I just couldn't afford it. Burgeson's did something that absolutely shocked me. They worked with me on the price! They came down a little and I was able to scrape together some more money and we moved forward. The installation was a nightmare for the guys as nothing was as it should have been in the house, but they guys remained upbeat professional and steadfast in their efforts. They were actually pretty cheerful considering the project was taking twice as long as had been budgeted for and it was very, very messy and complicated! To make things more complicated, I had to go out of the country before they finished the job and was unreachable! I finally made it up to the house to inspect the finished project and was thrilled with the results. I am VERY happy with both of the new furnaces; they absolutely were the right appliances for the job, and the installation of both units and accompanying ductwork was EXCELLENT. Both units work great, the house heats up quickly and silently. I really couldn't be happier with my purchase and my experience with Burgesons! Hire them NOW!

My AC compressor went out last minute on a weekend on a very HOT weekend and they were here and fixed the issue within 2 hours. They were great to explain to me what happened and what was the issue. THE ONLY reason the I wouldn’t give them five stars is because they are a little pricey but you do get what you pay for.

I was thoroughly impressed with the representative (Travis Console) sent by the company to service our heating & A/C systems. Right from the start I appreciated his respect for our home's cleanliness, by using shoe covers before entering/re-entering the house. He possessed a comprehensive understanding of our home's systems and patiently answered all my questions, throughout his service call.
All my concerns involving our systems were addressed and I was pleased with the work performed to our systems. Also, during this visit, Mr. Console discovered a missing electrical wiring joint cap, leaving exposed wires within the electric box in the crawl space of our ceiling. This created a fire hazard in an area unseen, and were it not for this thorough service call, would likely have remained so until a possible fire resulted. Mr. Console corrected the hazard and in doing so, provided a safety correction above & beyond the A/C - heating system service call for which he came. I am completely satisfied with the fine service provided and have set-up a bi-annual scheduled maintenance service plan. Kudos to Burgeson's for their excellent employees and service program. Thank you!

After he replaced the motor he even put brackets in so my filter wouldn't move around and he put in a new filter for me. He was so nice and polite. My husband Henry a Vet & we are seniors & I recently broke my foot to add to our misery. I called Burgeson's because of their excellent ratings wanted to stay locally. I Talked to Veronica so very kind & sympathetic. Hubby talked to Don whom was very professional Henry explained our situation about our broken motor/fan etc.that another company was charging us an arm n leg to do unnecessary repairs.
