I just had a whole new system, including duct work, replaced. Burgesons was professional and respectful throughout the whole process. There were no surprises or extra charges. They did everything in 1 day and after they left I couldn't even tell they had been there, they left it so clean. Of course, they are on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.

Following the purchase of a home I had the Burgeson's team I know so well come out and check the heating and A/C, just to be safe. A couple of weeks later, after lots of workers in the house, the heater would not work so again I called Burgeson's. Not only are they the most professional but super courteous as well, making the second visit free! All the people at this company are so awesome, including Kevin, Don, Ricky and Lance and all the rest. I can't say enough great things about them because they always treat customers like family. Highly Recommended.

Great response time and service. Had to call the first time when the house we had bought a little over a year earlier had a leak from the AC unit. They came quickly, and solved the problem, showing exactly what was clogged. Since they were there, they cleaned the outdoor unit as well, at no extra charge. Since then, I've signed up for the service maintenance agreement. They come twice a year, check everything out, and change filters. They give a nice discount for being on the service agreement. They come twice a year (every six months). Very nice technician's as well as call support.

Just concluded installation of a five ton furnace and new heating unit and couldn’t be happier. From my sales associate (Rick) to the tech team of installers ( Josh and Agung ) true professionals in every way. After each day they cleaned up like they were never here. At the conclusion of the install I was walked through the replacement of the filters to the operation of the thermostat. I can highly recommended this team of professionals.

Richard Miranda come out to diagnose and repair my non-functional air conditioner unit. At first it appeared the capacitor had gone bad. When he replaced the capacitor the unit still did not function. He determined there was a blockage with the fan unit. Once the blockage was removed the unit worked perfectly. When he demonstrated the bad cell in the capacitor, it now showed it worked. So he suggested we reinstall the old capacitor to see if the unit would work. Sure enough, the unit functioned properly with the old capacitor. Due to his diligence, he saved me hundreds of dollars. I was so impressed with his honesty that I scheduled him to return and service my three air conditioner units. Thank you Richard.

I just received the Best customer service ever! When my thermostat went capooey I called Burgeson's Heating and Air for help, because I heard other great things about them. They were out the same day and at the time promised! The tech, Dale, was very kind and knowledgeable. He quickly went through the steps to diagnose the problem and in a short period of time, had things fixed and working correctly again! Burgeson's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. of Redlands is one of the finest contractors I've had the pleasure of hiring. They are truly professional in every aspect of the business. The technicians are clean, courteous, knowledgeable, and ON TIME! No waiting around killing, an entire morning or afternoon for them to show up. The trucks are clean and well supplied to do the job efficiently, the installation is professional and the clean up after the job is immaculate. They take the time to explain the operation and the maintenance of the equipment and answer any and all questions you may have without making you feel like you're keeping them from getting to their next job. I will hire Burgeson's again when needed and hope you do as well. If quality is what you expect, Burgeson's is the answer!

Called for service on recommendation from trusted friend and businessman. A/C not sounding right, suspected blower motor. It was. I am impressed they had part in stock, though that may be an industry norm. But the service technician, John, was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement to be driven in, and had it fixed inside a couple hours. John looked at some other stuff and treated small issues, it was like getting a maintenance call included in the price. One might figure HVAC repair can have you in a tight spot and take advantage, but that didn’t feel to be the case—I thought the price was fair considering a little googling I had done and, most importantly, this was all fixed same day, from call in the early morning to repair when I got home from work in the afternoon, all ahead of the 110-degree forecast. Thanks for quality service and a quality job from John.

I called Burgeson's concerning a believed thermostat issue. Lance their technician responded and not only resolved our thermostat issue but checked out our entire system and made recommendations at no cost. I wasn't present at the beginning of the service call showing up later during the call and approached by my wife who expressed how she was walked through the process so she could easily understand what was needed and what was not. It is so common since typically everyone not just my wife will could be taken advantage of by who is a professional in their field. Lance gave a detail assessment going far beyond the normal service call with only one objective, good customer service . The initial problem was solved with preventive maintenance solutions provided for the future at no cost. I was having problems with the touch screen on my old thermostat so I called Burgesons. The office staff answered the phones politely and scheduled me a tech to show up within 24 hours. A technician by the name of Travis was at my house on time 03/01/2017 to check out my thermostat. He was more than great at what he does and I ended up with an extremely nice new Honeywell t-stat that I can make adjustments off of my phone with. To top it off this experience gave me more control of my comfort in my home, thank you Burgesons!

I have been in construction all my life and cannot tell you enough how pleased I was that I chose Burgesons. From the start, they were professional. They scheduled me 3 weeks out, and were there the exact day they said they would be for a two day install of all new ducting and a 5 ton unit. The following day they called and told me that they had mistakenly installed a smaller unit because my last name was the same as another customer. They told me they would be out the next day to fix it, and like clock work, they did just what they said. I would have never known had they not told me. That's INTEGRITY! Job well done Burgesons.

A warranty service was completed by Burgeson's today. Service Technician Lance Throckmorton arrived early and corrected the minor problem in less than half an hour. Lance has serviced our HVAC several times and is always prompt, polite, and responsive to all our needs. Our HVAC system was upgraded by Burgeson's several years ago. Our HVAC costs have been substantially reduced by the upgrade. I highly recommend contracting with Burgeson's for all of your HVAC needs and also recommend purchasing the annual maintenance package offered.

We called for servicing of a old swamp cooler unit. Josh Purnell, our technician, was right on time!. He was very knowledgable and answered all our questions about different options as we are looking into getting a newer unit or upgrading to something else. Very impressed with Josh, treated our home with respect, and great service too. Btw, it was a very hot day today and most of his time was out in the hot sun! Be aware of price gouging by this company. I signed up for the biannual maintenance agreement that Burgeson's Heating and Air offers. On the FIRST of the two appointments I was told that the capacitor needed to be replaced at an extra charge of $124! The technician told me that I couldn't get the part because I wasn't licensed, so I looked it up on Amazon and I could order the part for $9.64! Checking the capacitor is a routine part of the service inspection and exchanging it for a new one takes no extra time at all. I expressed my disappointment to the technician and he called his service manager who told me that $124 was necessary to cover the salary of the technician, their overhead, and the gas it took to get to my place from Redlands. I can not trust a company that will attempt to take advantage of me by making a profit of $114 on a $10 part. I backed out of the maintenance agreement, ordered the part from Amazon and called two AC companies for quotes on maintaining my air conditioner. Both companies are willing to replace the capacitor with the one I ordered on Amazon at no extra charge. Although the technician was professional, I do not recommend using Bergeson's Heating and Air Conditioning. Not only did they attempt to take my limited funds, they also showed no ability and/or willingness to resolve the issue.

Through Costco Rancho Cucamonga I got information for BURGESON'S and provided them my information to do an in home consultation. I got a call from the sales man Andy. Last week we setup an appointment for today at 9 am. which was the earliest he said. After waiting a WEEK and RESPECTED their time, NO Andy at 9:00 SO at 9:17 am I called their main office and had him call me. He then says to me he had me down between 9 and 9:30 to which I told him not the case. we made the appointment for 9:00 am. and I waited for him since 8:30. POINT is, my time is just as valuable as yours is. Be professional enough to notify me if you are running late! it goes a long ways!! not only did you waste my time you just lost a potential customer!! Ivan At 3:28 I received a call back almost immediately after they noticed the review was posted with the intent to reschedule, but it was too little too late as he should have tried to do that earlier not after a negative review. His attitude was very childish and his comment to me about and I quote "Go ahead and hide behind your keyboard" I take that as a threat!!! that further validated me not choosing them to do business with. The lack of professionalism when it comes to constructive feedback to help others not experience what I went through is appalling!!! OH and Andy sir, AGAIN I take that as a THREAT! I don't hide behind a keyboard, I can meet you anywhere you want, any time you want AND i'll give YOU a 30 minute window since i know you can't meet your appointments on time.
