Had no heat for the weekend. Lance came out on Sunday around 4:30pm to trouble shoot the system. The condensation overflow relay was bad, shutting down the system. Replaced the part, unit heats. All is good. Thanks. Great company and family owned. The best there is.

Just want to recognize your crew for their outstanding work at our home this week. We had the furnace, A/C unit, and ductwork replaced. Rick Avila did a great job of meeting with us at our home and providing an excellent proposal. The crew demonstrated a great work ethic combined with true craftsmanship. Also they are good people to work with. We enjoyed their company. They reflect well on the level of professionalism that Burgeson's represents. We are completely satisfied with our new system. I couldn't recommend a company higher than yours.

Burgeson's installed a new system for the last owners of my home. When I moved I called them with an issue and they honored the warranty and come out quickly. Most recently my LED thermostat was going out. They were able to send over Josh the next day, who showed up on time, wore booties into the house, installed the thermostat, got everything up and running, gave me advice on the system set up and helped configure the filters correctly all under the warranty. I was very happy with my experience.

I just had my routine service done. I needed two issues addressed. I did not have to wait for the parts need. They were able to fix my issues within less then a hour. ( carried exactly what I needed with them) Alaeddin was my service technician and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company. Always great and efficient service.

Edited to reply to the comment: The name on the account is Kimberly (or Matthew) Janicke and it happened last month (November 2019). Our technician did not show up during the block of time given. The end of that time was after the office was closed so we assumed we would hear from someone the next day but we didn't. I do not recommend using them for service.

Life Savers! Thank you so much to burgesons for fixing my heat. My husband and I had just come home from for a week. We came home around 4 PM in the afternoon and it was so cold in our house because our heater was not working. We called the Burgesons and they sent somebody out within an hour and had it fixed within 20 to 30 minutes. The service tech was very clean-cut and polite. He answered all of my questions and even called for a follow up to make sure everything was ok the following day. They recently added an electrician to their team, and he is amazing! My neighbor has an old Redlands home and the electricians were able to rewire everything. They are a very fair company and do not overcharge. I love this family owned company and would recommend it over and over.

This was our first time receiving service from Burgeson’s Heating and Air Conditioning, INC. and based on the quality of work brought forth by John, we decided to sign up for Burgeson’s Preferred Membership right away. For someone so young, we were very impressed with John’s impeccable level of knowledge and skill. We will definitely be keeping our business with Burgeson’s. Burgeson's has been servicing our household for nearly a decade and have always provided us with outstanding service and quality products. We've used them on everything from maintenance to replacing an old system. Most recently they came out to make a repair and the technician, John, realized the issue was from maintenance work that hadn't been completed. He went above and beyond to get our system back up and running and didn't charge us for any of it. Incredibly competent and kind man. AC is back blowing cold and ready for the summer heat. Sunday night our heater broke down, Drew came out in the freezing temps to repair. Drew had our heater up and running in no time and we are so grateful to have heat in this very cold winter. He was efficient, quick and very thorough in explaining the issues with our unit. Also, we were amazed that he put on shoe protectors each time he entered the house. Wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable, he deserves a raise!!

I don’t know how these guys got all these five star reviews. I called them on Thursday and asked for an estimate for a new A/C unit installation. The operator told me that everyone is out there and no one is available to give me the estimate. She took my ph # and told me that someone will be calling me . Since then it’s been three days and no call yet. I guess these guys are too busy and does not want my business and the five star reviews makes them too proud.

Burgeson's is outstanding. They have been maintaining my HVAC system for several years, and their technicians have always been thorough, neat, and professional. They recently installed a whole new system in my house (built in 1920), and they did an outstanding job. This fall, when the technician came to do my annual tune-up, he said my furnace was on its way out. He explained several different problems and showed me pictures. The Burgeson's sales guy was able to come over that same day and give me some recommendations and quotes for a new system. He measured the house and asked me all sorts of questions about what I liked and disliked about the current system, how much I use it, what my utility bills were like, how much insulation I had in the walls, what kind of weather sealing I had on the windows, etc. He gave me a quote for a whole system, including replacing all the ducting to resolve some of the unevenness problems. He also very patiently answered all my questions. I've been very happy with Burgeson's so far and had every reason to trust their work, but before spending that much money on something, I thought it would be good to get a second opinion. I got a technician from Sanborn's to come and assess the existing system and give me a quote for a replacement. The technician saw the same stuff as the Burgeson's guy but didn't seem to think it was really a problem. I asked him about the oil accumulating in one area that the other guy had pointed out, and this guy nonchalantly said "Oh yeah, I saw that, but these things are always oily. I couldn't tell where it was coming from. It probably isn't important." He said nothing about the impending carbon monoxide problem, and he was similarly lackadaisical about the burn marks on the circuit board. He worked up a quote for me, but unlike the Burgeson's guy, he didn't really ask a lot of questions about my habits, likes and dislikes of the current system, utility bills, or insulation and weather sealing. I guess he just assumed I wanted a comparable system of the same capacity. I was left with very little confidence that I'd be satisfied with a new system from this company, and the price he quoted me was similar to Burgeson's. So, that was very instructive. I was so unimpressed with the guy from Sanborn's that I now have a lot of confidence in Burgeson's. Burgeson's was able to complete the installation of my new system all in one day (which was essential because the attic access is in my only bathroom). They had about 6 or 8 guys running in and out of the attic all day making a lot of dust and noise as expected, but it really went very smoothly and was less mess than it could have been. I'm very happy with the new system. It's much more comfortable than the old one, and I think the advice they gave me was sound. And I can now be assured that everything up there in the attic is safe and up to code (and actually officially permitted by the City). Props to Burgeson's for doing an outstanding job!

I signed up for the service contract with Burgeson's because of their sterling reputation. Last month I needed service for my heating system and they had to come out a couple of times. Genevieve was very patient and helpful when I called for the second time. I enjoyed talking to her despite my "issue with the heater" because she had such a great demeanor. Andrew came out to complete the work. He was professional, explained the service and the heating system since I have a two-story house. This information was and will be helpful. But what really surprised me was a refund for one of the service calls. In all my years I have never received a refund from a company. Their ethics, professionalism and the work they quietly do in the community to support programs is par none.

Amazing customer service. On this hot weekend my AC went down. They could have made us wait for a service appointment but went above and beyond. They had one of their crews working in my area come by after their normal shift to check on my system. Also sent out a service supervisor to make sure all was done right. From the start to finish we have had great service from Burgeson's. Rick came out and gave a quote, explaining all the equipment in terms we could understand. There was no pressure and he answered every question we had including any rebates there might be. We were able to set a start date, qualify for the HERO program and get started right away. Frank and his crew started to work on the scheduled date and worked efficiently explaining anything we had questions about. The work was done neatly (they even cleaned and vacuumed after they were done each day!) They even suggested adding new vents into our bathrooms. They were thorough and always protected the flooring/walls in the house. We are so happy with our new AC equipment, heater, duct work, and insulation. This is an amazing company. They are so polite, helpful and do great work.

We've had our A/C and heater unit for 3 years and have it maintained by Burgeson's every 6 months, and have not had a problem. Every service technician that has been to our house is very professional (even puts on shoe covers so they don't dirty our wood floors). Henry Padilla serviced our A/C unit today and took the time to explain everything he did and answered all our questions. Very pleased with Burgeson's service, and would highly recommend.

Thank you Drew and Burgeson's for going above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. We purchased a large home in Redlands that had a Lennox HVAC system, but soon after moving in we had a few problems and had unsuccessfully tried to use our Home Warranty policy. I stopped by the office because I saw Burgeson's is our local Lennox expert. We have 3 small grandchildren ages 4, and two 22 month old twins, and a house with no AC in August. They rearranged the schedule to get someone out to our house within 1 hour. Clearly Drew knew exactly what to do after running several tests and within 2 hours we had AC and a clear list of items to service/repair going forward. It is a joy to work with a local family owned company that cares about its local families the way Burgeson's has today. Thank you Burgeson's and Drew.

Here's the deal guy's.... I bought into this company's Service Membership deal. The technician (Vince) who came to our house was awesome and the company was also awesome at responding to my call in a timely manner. I am a new homeowner and a city boy with no domestic skills whatsoever, but after dealing with this company I see I'd better start becoming my own handyman fast and in a hurry. The company boasted that since I am a Service Member I would be receiving a 20% discount, the company wouldn't charge me for an after hours rate and they were also going to waive the service charge because my unit had just been serviced by them a couple of months prior. Well, the part (AC Capacitor) that was replaced, cost $20 on Amizon and it took the company's technician approximately 30 minutes to replace. Total charge by this company to replace a whopping $221! A 1100% Mark-up just seems ridiculous! Just imagine the charge if I didn't receive all the so called discounts. Lets tack on probably another $100 and pour more salt in the wound if that was the case. There just doesn't seem to be any justice in this world, especially when some companies seem to take advantage of hard working Americans with outrageously ridiculous charges! My wife called the company and spoke directly with the service manager, he could not provide a breakdown of the charges. I got it, businesses are always trying to craft a dollar, I just wish there was a fairness to some of the work that's completed. I'm sure this is a great company, but in my case I feel that they are too pricey for my budget. So, my best advice, just do it yourself! YouTube can show you how to fix just about anything.

Burgeson's yearly maintenance service for our AC and heater is outstanding. Every service person has been very knowledgeable and helpful. Recently, their service technician, Vincent Phillips, serviced our system and was thoroughly professional and answered all questions regarding how to use our system the most efficiently. Their paperwork is also very thorough in describing their evaluation and work. Also, they don't solicit any other services or equipment that aren't needed.
